We're Sleepsake, a small Australian business behind the Butterfly Pillow, a contour pillow with deep shoulder cut-outs for side sleepers, made for comfortable, high quality sleep, the kind your body actually recovers on. We pride ourselves on looking after our customers properly, whether you end up loving your pillow or decide it isn't for you. A pillow is a personal thing and no pillow suits everyone, which is why every order comes with our 100 night Happiness Guarantee. If it isn't right, the return is genuinely easy. No hoops, no arguing, and return shipping is on us. There's no chatbot behind our inbox. When you write to us, a real person reads it and writes back. Ask us whether the pillow will suit you and you'll get a straight answer, even when that answer costs us a sale. And when something goes wrong, a late parcel, a wrong address, a pillowcase in the wrong colour, we fix it without making you work for it. If we've looked after you, we'd love to hear about it here.

I bought the pillow because i suffer of frozen shoulder
I bought the pillow because i suffer of frozen shoulder, a bad one.
The pillow feature is great and comfortable. You can tell straight forward that it worth the money, so don't be shy.
Unfortunately, my frozen shoulder is very bad and i couldn't have any benefit from the pillow, but at my stage i probably need more a miracle than a pillow 🙂
I contacted the customer service for the refund and return, and , as promised, they refund me straight forward and they didn't want the pillow back.
The communication was, fast, clear, kind/polite and great.
I honestly recommend them to everyone wants to give it a go.
Thank you so much again for everything.
Cheers,
Aron
