I had to write this review!! I have arthritis in my neck from degenerative disks. I tried several pillows that were supposed to help with the nightly pain. None worked - until the pillow from Somnora. I love my pillow!! As I am a slight person - 5'4" weighing 123 lbs. - the size and shape of the pillow work perfectly. Although my neck pain is with me for the rest of my life, the Somnora pillow makes my nights so much better. I can position myself on the pillow, feel very little pain and sleep all night. It is truly a blessing!! Thank you so much, Somnora. So glad I found you.

I can’t say enough good things about the pillow I purchased. I’ve been struggling with headaches for years. Like clockwork I would wake up at 2 a.m. with a pounding headache. It may or may not be gone come morning after taking excedrin migraine. Headaches were easily triggered on a daily basis. I’ve been using this pillow for 1 month now and have not woken up once in the middle of the night with a head ache. Headaches throughout the day are almost non existent. I’m so glad I took a chance on it as I’ve tried everything to figure out why I was getting head aches. Highly recommended!!

I am very pleasantly surprised at how much I love this pillow!! The shape looked strange and I had my doubts but I slept better than I have for months after my first night with it! I love it and my neck is happy!!

I have had neck pain for 2 years. After using the Somnora Align pillow for 4 nights (the getting used to period), I no longer wake up with neck pain. I also use a CPAP machine & can now easily turn onto my sides without issues with the tubing. I also love the arm cut outs to comfortably rest your arms when side sleeping. My shoulders feel better too. I thought I was just going to have to live with this chronic pain, but now I don’t. I’m so happy I found this pillow! Thank you so much, I feel so much better.

The pillow is stiff and not what I was expecting
Overpriced and took too long to receive.
Didn’t return because it’s from china would probably take a long time to get my money back and probably wouldn’t get all my money back so I’ll find someone to give them to I guarantee you they will throw it away.

Provided information I needed to make decision

The pillow arrived in a timely manner and was safely rolled tightly and quickly popped up and into place upon opening. I have cervical arthritis also resulting in discomfort in my right shoulder. The arthritis itself caused pain in turning my head to the right side.

I have used the pillow for one month now and I am happy to report that since using the pillow both neck and shoulder concerns have improved 100%.

I do caution that anyone just using this pillow for the first time allow adjustment time. It is unlike the normal pillow in shape and firmness. The advertisement states to give it a few days but honestly for myself it has taken me probably a month to completely love it as I do now.

Update I have received an email from the company asking me to remove my negative review and they will credit me the other 50%. I’m now happy but wish it would have been much easier the first time!
I ordered the align pillow they advertised 100 night trail. When I contacted them to do a return because the pillow was not right for me it was to soft. They told me they could only refund me 30% of what I paid. I had to fight with them to finally refund me 50% of what I paid. I wanted to order the firmer pillow but with this experience I don’t want to waste my money on a company who has false claims about returns. They convinced me I would have to pay for return shipping and it is very expensive to ship something bulky and out of the country. I agreed to 50% refund so I didn’t have to pay a lot in shipping out of the country. When i investigated it weeks later they are not out of the country at all they are in Utah and I’m in California. I will try to attach photos of emails sent back and forth as proof Im telling the truth!

Well, so far I don't use it every night. I have a Temperpedic pillow so I am testing whether your pillow makes any difference in my neck pain. My neck pain may also be related to how I hold my head when I am reading on my electronic devices. I'm working on that as well. Stay tuned

never any response to order, or payment...no servcie to be heard from....my credit card is charged, but zero contact or information about shipping pillow to canada....NEVER trust this company, i will be filing a dispute with my bank credit card.

The shipping looked a little sketchy at first, it's just not the US norm, but everything was fine and it got here a lot quicker estimated. I've been using the pillow for a few weeks now, and it is awesome! I have a neck injury, and it has helped force me into a proper but also comfortable position all night. Cuddling with my BF was minimally interrupted. He likes to steal the side of my pillow during haha. Great product!

I'm still getting used to to it, but I think it's going to be great. I have not waken up with any headaches which is a huge improvement on it's own! I have had some soreness in my neck and shoulders but that seems to be getting better.

The pillow immediately improved my neck and shoulders. It was so worth the price! My parents and partner have also purchased the pillow and everyone is thrilled with the results :)
