I only use this service when at Disneyland Paris and have found it to be reliable, easy to use and hassle free so far. It is signposted well in CDG airport to get your bar code scanned and the machines seem to be in good working order. I’ve not experienced any problems at the machines so I’m not sure what to do if I needed assistance. It did say on the app for 31.03.26 that the machines wouldn’t be available at CDG airport and it wasn’t very clear if I would still be able to use this service as I needed assistance and a form but I wasn’t sure where to get the form and who I would have to see at the airport. In this scenario I would have missed out on the tax free shopping I believe but luckily the machines were working at the airport. It’s well worth scanning the receipts and trying at the airport anyway. Nothing to loose

We was with eurostar and the process was very easy and fast , at the gates just scan and in the next day we had the money in the bank account….Fantastic

C’était super efficace et facile à effectuer. Ma seule critique serait sur les indications sur l’application pour trouver le lieu des machines. J’ai du pas mal marcher et changer des étages à CDG er demander aux gens car on n’avait pas mis au jour les indications: les lieux des machines et les noms des magasins qui servent de repère pour les trouver ont tous changés.

Once you are used to the system, which isn't complicated. it's easy to load up your invoices. I had one problem when it failed to recognise a good invoice but a quick communication with a human sorted that almost instantly, but in normal working hours. We always travel through Calais, I can never get the pablo machines to work with the barcode but there's normally a surprisingly helpful french customs person who scans the barcode and sorts it. This last time my tax reimbursement was back in my account within 12 hours!

Just makes your tax refund totally simple and 100% successful. If you are a regular traveler to France it’s a must.

Surprisingly simple to do, the most difficult part was finding the scanners at CDG airport.

What a gift this App is! - so easy to use to facilitate the tax refund on purchases. Clear instructions, with good communications via text and email as the process proceeds, plus really fast payment of the tax refund direct to your nominated account. Couldn't be easier!

Very straight forward, tells you step by step on app. Scan all receipts before heading to airport as takes a wee while for barcode to generate then once have barcode, look for a machine to scan it and once it’s green for validation. You should get your refund in less than 24 hours :) only slight problem I had personally was the machine near the terminal I was going to was out of order, so had to go to a different floor/terminal to do it.

The app worked very well for me when importing receipts. Their partnership with Disneyland Paris makes the process for all Disney receipts easier than any other VAT refund process but adding receipts from stores that work with other VAT refund schemes were often quick to tell me that I was doing it wrong.

A major advantage is that I didn't have to carry around my passport to present it at all stores. The technology is great, the experience will be better when more unaffiliated store staff have heard of it before.

Easy to navigate the App. Instructions very clear. Used machines in both CDG airport and Le Shuttle terminal - both have been easy to use. Refunds processed quickly.

Thought it was too good to be true!!… it really isn’t
Spent a boat load at Disneyland Paris, uploaded all receipts to SkipTax, told me exactly how much I’d get back
Visited a pablo kiosk in LeShuttle terminal
Following day got refunded the tax from all purchases

Absolute brilliant service!… easy to use! And who wouldn’t want money back from purchases!!

Highly recommend and will definitely be using it again when I go Disneyland

Can also be used for most purchases in France as long as you let the store know you need the receipt or invoice paid out to SkipTax
