App very easy to use and is very quick to say if you put in for something that doesn't meet the rules. Never had a problem finding it at the airport and using the machines there is very easy

Super pratique - pas de limite de prix, l’appli est simple à utiliser, le service conso efficace et le remboursement rapide. Seul petit bémol le pourcentage de remboursement a 80% si vous ne parrainez personne.

J'avais une autre application dématérialisée avant Skiptax qui mettait 3 mois minimum pour me rembourser. Intolérable pour moi.
J'ai donc essayer Skiptax et de vouloir comparer: remboursement sur mon compte bancaire 24h00 après la validation par les douanes!
24h00!!
En toute honnêteté, je ne pensais pas un remboursement aussi rapide.

SkipTax is excellent for the Disney purchases.
Any other shop like Carr four and other shops refuse to give an invoice in the name of SkipTax. Although I showed the message for SkipTax help page the shops refuse to help. It’s very difficult to get things sorted by the the time you leave.
I lost out on £30 euros due to this.

This all worked very well for us. The only problem we encountered was persuading a retailer to produce the invoice we needed, but everything else worked fine. We had our refund within a day of our departure from France.

The app is straightforward and easy to set up and use. Uploading the receipt was easy. The Pablo machine to scan the barcode to process the refund was down at Lille Europe (Eurostar) but there were customs officers who were there to scan it manually. They were helpful and professional. Having been to Disneyland (where we made the eligible purchases) it was a bit frustrating as there were items we couldn’t skiptax as the kids (and the big kid hubby) wanted to use them (such as shoulder buddies that wouldn’t really get used otherwise) so we had to take the tags off. We didn’t want to take the chance as they do sometimes check as items need to be unused with tags on. The app is good though as you can use the receipt even if you have eligible and ineligible items as there is a section when uploading the receipt where you can specify any items on the receipt you aren’t skiptaxing

Absolutely brilliant company and so easy to use!

The process is easy. Just remember to do it as you go along so set up at the start of your trip do your passport and selfie at the beginning of your trip. It only takes a few minutes but it saves time and panic at the end. It is super easy: you take a photo of your receipt and then you add in/confirm the amount spent and the vat/tax on the receipt. When you leave your destination to go home you find the machine at the terminal etc and scan the barcode that you have generated at the end of collecting all your receipts. This will give you the refund. You can choose to either have it refunded by cash or have it transferred to a card of your choice. It was all very easy and straightforward. There is a rep near The skating machine, there was at LeShuttle terminal on the French side which checks your documents if that is what you have printed up but if you have just transferred to your card, then you don’t need to check with them, but of course ask if you are unsure. Remember, you must do it before you leave France or wherever you are leaving from. It is worth doing as you do get a good amount back. It is super straightforward and nothing to worry about. I would recommend doing this.
