They likely use your documents for purposes of identity fraud and keep your purchases for money laundering.

Rewarble products are slightly on the higher side - because they are not traditional gift cards, but a payment facilitating product; where costs are incurred on our side to provide a Virtual card or top up for our customers. And that remains the same on all gift card shops.

Utilizes bad business practices.
The system worked well on the first purchase.
A KYC control appeared on the second, using a non-serious KYC company, "Shufti Pro". When the KYC process starts, you are asked to hand over documents, and later in the process, they try to advance the KYC to biometrics.
Just change the company to do business with; this is not a serious company due to the malpractices of "Shufti Pro".
Clarification:
A. It is considered bad business practice to first ask for a document and in the next stage, biometrics. This is the first course at the University level and is good manners.
B. Shufti Pro has a bad registry with the AIs describing its origin. It is simply trying to hide who it is by pretending it is everyone, which is a sign of non-trustworthiness.
C. Promises from entities of the (B.) character shouldn't be taken seriously by anyone.
D. The word Shufti is an Arabic word used by herders engaged in cattle theft and countering cattle theft. It means scouting the enemies territory or your own territory to prevent the enemy from acting. It is robbers or burglars slang.
Perhaps Skine/Rewarble understands this better now?

Zijn oplichters! voor 100 euro besteld en ze vragen allerlij documenten! niet mee in zee gaan deze mensen phisen op je geld en op je identiteits documenten. ik ben zelf ook klant bij pay en ik ga dadelijk direct bellen om te zorgen dat pay ze eruit flikker. heb ik al met meer webshops gedaan!

Ik wilde mijn eerste bestelling bij…
Ik wilde mijn eerste bestelling bij Skine.com plaatsen, namelijk een giftcard van 100 euro. Maar ik kreeg meteen een melding dat dat niet kon: "Dit is je eerste bestelling, dus je kunt maximaal 80 euro bestellen." Ik vond deze regel al vrij vreemd, maar ik heb toen voor 80 euro besteld.
Vervolgens kreeg ik de melding dat ik mijn ID-kaart moest verifiëren om de giftcard vrij te krijgen. Dit was zeer misleidend, omdat ze dit niet vooraf aangeven tijdens het bestelproces. Bovendien vertrouw ik het niet om mijn ID-kaart aan een onbekende giftcard site als Skine.com te geven, dus ik heb meteen een refund aangevraagd. Ik wil mijn gegevens niet delen met een site die ik niet vertrouw.
Toch had ik snel weer een giftcard nodig die alleen op Skine.com verkocht werd. Dus heb ik uiteindelijk weer een bestelling geplaatst op Skine.com. Toen ik met mijn creditcard probeerde te betalen, kreeg ik de melding die Skine doorgeeft:
"Uw betaling is afgewezen door onze betalingsdienstverlener (PSP). Een PSP is een bedrijf dat onze betalingen verwerkt, valutawissels uitvoert en transacties controleert. Onze PSP heeft een potentieel risico in uw transactie geïdentificeerd. Dit betekent dat de PSP de transactie als mogelijk riskant beschouwt; Skine heeft geen invloed op deze beslissing. Als gevolg hiervan is uw kaart tijdelijk geblokkeerd. Gebruik alstublieft een andere kaart of betaalmethode om uw bestelling af te ronden. Als dit niet werkt, wacht dan enkele dagen en probeer het opnieuw. "
En daardoor werd mijn kaart tijdelijk geblokkeerd.
Ik stond in de supermarkt om boodschappen te betalen, en mijn kaart was geblokkeerd door Skine.com! Dit was puur omdat ik een betaling probeerde te voltooien via Skine.com, en daardoor hebben zij invloed op mijn betaalkaart. Het was ontzettend ongemakkelijk en gênant, omdat ik mijn boodschappen niet kon betalen.
Kortom, ik vertrouw helemaal niks van Skine.com en adviseer iedereen om zeker je ID-kaart niet te verifiëren. De communicatie is verwarrend, de regels zijn onduidelijk en zij hebben invloed op je betaalkaart. Ik zal hier in de toekomst geen gebruik meer van maken.

I bought a gift card and the "confirmation e-mail" never got sent to me! Submitting a ticket to their support team also requires a "confirmation e-mail". I've tried 3 different e-mails and none of them received it.
