they email my a link so that i can redeem my purchase but it says 500 internal server error. what the hell is happening? note: the payment was deducted from my bank account, and i only complied with the verification status after the payment was already deducted. I already sent multiple emails to their support team, and no reply yet.

big scam
ordered me a giftcard, they wanted kyc verification. i tried it, the site malfunctioned and didnt let me do it i contacted for a refund to their support email. they said the refund will be processed within 14 days its been 28 days i still havent seen my refund. wrote support again no answer dont recommend buying it from, i will either contact my bank and forcefully pullback my money or go down the legal path.
