We had a great exprerience with an agent who was honest with us and helped us find the perfect vehicle for our trip.

Always a great reception when meeting the SIXT staff at the service desk. Paperwork and car always ready, hence hardly any waiting time to collect the car.

Wonderful customer service. The lady who completed the process was friendly, helpful and professional. We couldn't fault this process in any way. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition and the drop off process was easy and quick

Very helpful staff at rental desk and happy to oblige where possible with a change of vehicle to accommodate driver with back issue.

Everything went very smoothly from car rental order to car return. All Sixt staff involved were warm, friendly and efficient. We also got a free upgrade to a much better car than we had ordered. Top service!

Great service at Dublin Airport.
After being disgusted with service of another car hire company earlier this year, it was great for this recent experience with Sixt. Reserved car a few months prior (wanted manual SUV) and this is exactly what I got. Keys were there waiting for me in an envelope when I arrived at the desk. Really polite, pleasant member of staff.
On returning the vehicle (lunchtime) there were plenty of staff there waiting for returns to come in - vehicle checked over straight away and signed off.
Holding deposit (due to no extra insurance) was released within a week of return.
All good, will be using this firm again on my next trip.

Fast service, very friendly counter staff who give you clear explanations. They think along with you, but don't push you to choose a more attractive package.
The reserved car was no longer available, but we were immediately offered an upgrade at the same rate, which was perfectly fine.
The cars are not located at the airport, but at a site a little further away. Great service to take you there by shuttle bus. Returning the car was also easy, quick and handled correctly. Conclusion: Very satisfied.

SiXT is an amazing company! I have experience communicating with different agents at Dublin Airport, T1, as I have been there twice. I do not speak English perfectly, but this did not become an obstacle to determining my goals for the car. Agents kindly communicate through Google translator.
I would like to separately thank the agent Alex - a friendly, sociable, quick to work man! Quickly made an application for a car, with all my wishes. Explained all the details and took me to the bus. Alex is a professional in his field! Special thanks to him for the location on the seashore!

We collected our rental at Cork airport. The young man on the desk was really helpful and very friendly. The car was easy to locate. Return was easy peasy too. What's not to like ?
