My Timeline :

Nov 11 2025: Applied for Citibank card & met spending criteria.and promised to give me rewards with in 4 weeks by Jan 1.

Jan 1 2026: Original 4-week deadline. NO REWARD.

Dec 19 2025: Promised by end-Jan. NO REWARD.

Jan 30 2026: They admitted their "technical error," confirmed my PayNow was correct, and promised immediate transfer.

Feb 27 2026: After a month of silence, they used the SAME EXCUSE they already apologized for!

Mar 2 2026: Now asking for another 30 working days to investigate.

It has been nearly 4 MONTHS. They likely took the commission from Citibank but refuse to pay the consumer.

Exceptional service! I missed my reward deadline, but SingSaver’s team was incredibly helpful and flexible. They responded quickly to my emails and allowed me to claim the reward despite the deadline having passed. It’s rare to find a company this responsive and willing to go the extra mile.

I've used SingSaver to try out a number of services, and overall, the experience has been positive.

One piece of advice: make sure to read the fulfillment conditions carefully and complete the required steps in time. If you're ever unsure about anything, just reach out to their team with the details - they're responsive and helpful.

Very considerate as I missed a collection deadline due to personal reasons. Fast and responsive, helpful customer service!

I have not yet receive my reward and I do not understand that why Singsave asked me to review before i receive anything!
Also to feedback that for the reward tracker, there isn't enough information or update of how the reward is being processed.

Singsaver is lie. Do not trust them when they offer cash vouchers or other gifts. The T&Cs usually limit the incentives to the first xx subscribers and so far I have not gotten anything from buying through them

Quite useful website. Allows to compare multiple similar products to decide. Has good promotions.

I love the Dyson AirStrait, it takes some time to approve but it was worth it in the end!

I’ve used SingSaver a few times to compare credit cards and insurance plans, and it never disappoints. The information is transparent, up to date, and easy to understand—even for someone who’s not finance-savvy.

Received an email saying my paynow reward has been credited with a transaction reference, checked my paynow bank account and nothing at all (+-5 days from the stated credit date). Opened a ticket with them and have yet to receive a response.

Staff were helpful, got my gift early too in time for my girlfriend’s birthday, super thankful for that to the team.

Small downside is that you used to be always able to connect with the team via the chatbot, but recently, the chatbot will just create a ticker for your matter and you will have to wait. Would be nice to be able to connect to the staff members faster.

Missed the collection of rewards because the email was in spam folder, and contacted Singsaver for help. They were very responsive and helped me get the reward eventually. Really grateful for their kind help!

Generally a great shop to purchase your tech needs. The staff are mostly quite willing to provide you with tech advice on what product suits your needs. Prices are priced fairly well too.

Missed the redemption deadline, after my appealed they allowed me to redeem, Thank you SingSaver.

Experience was great. The card took abt 1 month for approval and for the gift, it took about 2 months before I receive the redemption email. Redemption was quick.

Applied for a credit card in Sep2025 and redeemed the rewards recently. Had some issues with the redemption code and was assisted by Jarryl who was helpful and clear in the follow-through.
