For 4mths the status is “pending approval” and no update.
Email them for follow up and said it was rejected but i provided evidence and prove and they would appeal

Singsaver ghosted me eventually and refuse to give me my reward.

I had received an email about upsized rewards if I signed up for a new DBS credit card on 27 May 2026. I had read the email multiple times, and the only date on the email was "offer ends on 30 June". I applied for a credit card on 12 June 2026, and it was approved on 15 June 2026.

When I submitted the rewards claim form, it listed a lower amount for the reward I was seeking (i.e., S$300 cash). I emailed in to check.

Marrionne from the customer service team then replied that the upsized rewards had ended on 1 June 2026, and had the audacity to blame the customer by stating this: "you may have only recently opened or reviewed that historical email and mistakenly assumed that the same upsized campaign parameters were still ongoing at the time your application was completed."

After sharing screenshots and proof of my due diligence, the team finally admitted fault: "The core $350 upsized cash reward promotion for the credit card product line had a separate, earlier expiration timeline as previously tracked, leading to the overlapping dates displayed in the newsletter. We acknowledge that the phrasing and structure of the email led to a confusing layout, and we have shared your valuable feedback directly with our design and communication teams to ensure future marketing collateral is transparently structured and free from such ambiguity."

They however refused to take any further responsibility and continue to maintain that despite not having the "1 June 2026" deadline shown anywhere on the email/eletronic direct mailer, I was the one at fault as I had applied after the campaign deadline and therefore am not eligible for the upsized cashback.

This is about the most ridiculous thing I have faced. Notwithstanding doing all my checks, the company can just simply brush off their incompetence and void itself of all responsibility to the customer.

I have reached out to Singsaver's senior management, who claimed that they will look into this case, so let's see if a fair resolution will be provided in due course.

Recently i had some issue in receiving the redemption email from Singsaver and the deadline of redemption kicks in thinking the email has not been sent. After checking with Singsaver and the proof of showing non receipt of redemption letter, Singsaver granted an exception to extend the voucher for me and I've managed to redeem successfully. thabks to Jaryll for his assistance.

It was a really good experience. I had the issue where I was supposed to get the Dyson vacuum cleaner however it was taking longer than usual time. So I opened the ticket with the customer service and it was resolved within 1 -2 weeks and I received my reward as well.

The team at Singsaver is very patient and friendly, and they helped resolve my issue smoothly! I missed my reward redemption application and thought it couldn't be fixed, but they followe up proactively and sorted everything out for me. Thank you so much - excellent service experience! I have fulfil the requirement for the cards. But singsaver customer services reply in the mail stating that Citibank reject my rewards. But when I check with Citibank. They say that I can provide the ref number to singsaver for the reward. End up it was rejected again saying Citibank reject it. So many email and months of waiting while they cannot honor the gift.

Super shonky outfit this one. Cumbersome, confusing and circuitous processes designed to frustrate your ability to actually redeem anything at all.

Had participated in CC promotion and ran into some technical trouble and delays on the Singsaver website. But after reporting to customer support, they took care of it and solved the problem. Appreciate the great customer support and resolution.
