Simrad Yachting Arvostelua 

First order never went through despite receiving confirmation then had to follow up 2 weeks later. Took a week to resolve that and then reorder the part which has taken another 2 weeks and I still don’t have the part. No offer to resolve problem was made. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a replacement sun cover for my GO9 XSE, order # B000739911. Unfortunately the cover is a fraction too big and does not snap in like the original but just sits on loosely and will definitely fly off while trailering my boat

I have not heard that anything shipped. No word at all. Poor service.

My call was for an inexpensive component, but I still received great customer service and a resolution to my issue.

Ordered a chartplotter. Delivered on time and the deal was just as described. Since it is winter I have not yet installed the plotter. Looking forward to spring.

All of your customer service reps have been very nice but no one has solved my problem yet. I was informed that I would get an email two days ago. Nothing! Also, I was on hold for 1 hour and 2 minutes before my call was answered. That's a problem!!!

I was a bit concerned when I did not receive any follow up other then the order confirmation. Then it took 10 working days to notify me that the order was shipped. I did receive a reply to my inquiry.

Product was exactly what was needed. The refurbished Cruise 7 showed no signs of use and booted fast with the correct charts. Minimal delay when moving through menus and charts which is a must for the helmsman. Fast Shipping also. Recommending to others.

Simrad support very poor. I have a complete Simrad system with NSO EVO 2 processor, auto-pilot, three MO19 monitors, radar, RS90 vhf radio, WR20 remote, about 10 instruments, and many other components, total value probably about $30,000 - $40,000 only 8 years old. On a 2014 model boat. One day all is working fine, the next the processor keeps rebooting over and over. It is not useable. I called for tech support. They ask me a few basic questions like have I got adequate power to system, etc. They are just reading from a flow chart and seem to know little about the product and then tell me the system is out of warranty and not serviceable. There was no offer to let level 2 support help. A product that is this expensive and only 8 years old should not be obsolete. I think everyone expects more of a company that professes to be the leader in the industry. Please advise if there is more support available.
