UPDATE To: I ordered an accessory 24 Feb 2023

UPDATE: I'm revising my review. The company responded to my correspondence quickly - apparently there was a glitch in the finance system. My order was processed extremely quick and shipment arrive in less than 48 hours! There was no fault with the company.

I ordered an accessory 24 Feb 2023 - as of today I have not received any response from Simrad concerning my order. The order is a simple power cord - nothing large. No response from any company is a no-go!

Wanted to purchase a transducer for…

Wanted to purchase a transducer for SideScan capability. Representative looked up the correct part number based on my unit’s serial number. Ordered and received the part in a few days. Gave 4 stars due to seeing the same item on EBay for $100 less.

Purchasing through the website is easy…

Purchasing through the website is easy and very effective. Simrad should get 5 stars for that. Unfortunately tech support is hard to reach, and although they are very kind and serious, don’t expect a follow up to a problem left unresolved. Great products, but not easy to use, and support needs more staffing.
