Unknowingly missed the order by 2pm for next day delivery. Was called around 2.30pm to see if I would be happy to accept a next day delivery. Product's arrived undamaged. Many thanks.

Vastaus yritykseltä SimRacer UK
Hi Dan,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear you felt there was a lack of communication.
Having checked our records, we can confirm that we replied to both of your messages on 29th June within around an hour of receiving them. Our response was:
"Thanks for your order. I can see your order on our system and can confirm that it will be dispatched today for delivery tomorrow morning via DPD. I've checked the email address used when you placed the order and it appears to be the same as the one you've contacted us from, so I'm not sure why you haven't received the order confirmation. Would you mind checking your spam or junk folder to see if it's ended up there? If you still can't find it, just let me know and I'll happily resend the confirmation for you."
It's possible that our replies were filtered into your spam or junk folder, which unfortunately can happen from time to time.
We always aim to respond to customer enquiries as quickly as possible, and in this case we replied promptly and dispatched your order as promised. If you still haven't received our emails, please get in touch and we'll be happy to investigate further.
Kind regards,
The SimRacer UK Team
