Simply Park and Fly Ltd Arvostelua 

I booked meet and greet parking at Bristol Airport at a cost of £157. I was scheduled to drop my car at 5.30am. I arrived at the airport to find that none of the signage matched the instructions I was emailed. I drove right the way around the airport site 4 times and was unable to find it. Neither mobile number I had been given worked and the office wasn’t open so there was no one to help.

In order to avoid missing my flight I had to leave my car in the short stay car park at a cost of £175 for 4 days.
I phoned the company when the office opened and was told that I had been emailed incorrect outdated instructions. They obviously knew this had happened as they refunded me immediately with no questions asked. Also they refused to refund the difference between the 2 parking costs.

Why on earth had someone not contacted me to give correct instructions and why did neither phone number work?

The most stressful start to a holiday I have ever had. I honestly would avoid this company like the plague.

Please before booking be aware that
a: there is an additional £13 fee on top of what they charge which makes their parking solution far from the cheapest and certainly not the most convenient.
Read the additional notes and the small print. Normally these are a formality. In this case they expose the almost fraudulent claims to be the cheapest.
b:there is a £15 admin charge if you decide to cancel, even if like me you do so within 5 minutes of making the booking, so once you realise that the parking on offer is no longer cheap or that you can do far better elsewhere you are stuffed. The business model is sneaky, legal, but not far off a scam

I called when we collected our bags and was told my car would be returned in 15 minutes. In that time, they had managed to raise my engine temperature to around 70°C and the check engine light was on, which it absolutely wasn't when I dropped the car. They've been completely unresponsive to attempts to contact them about this.

If you have issues, report them to Gatwick (contact details can be found online). It's unacceptable that one of their approved providers treats cars this way.

It's worth noting before I even got in my car the driver was pushing me to leave a 5* review, which he said would generate a discount code for me in the future. I suspect many of the high reviews here were also gained this way.

I used this airport parking service while I was on holiday and had a really disappointing experience. They took my car for the duration of my trip, and when it was returned, the engine warning light was on – something that was absolutely not the case when I dropped it off.

I immediately contacted them to query this and asked for proof of mileage and records from when the car was taken, but I’ve had no response at all. No explanation, no evidence, and no accountability.

The lack of communication and responsibility is shocking. This is not just poor service – it’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable when you’re trusting a company with your vehicle.

Do not use this company – awful customer service and zero transparency.

Terminals Parking Meet & Greet provided an outstanding experience. On the other hand, Simply Park was a disappointment. I attempted to change my reservation, a task previously manageable online, but now requires a phone call. Unfortunately, Customer Services never picks up, and their voicemail is perpetually full, which is frustrating. Although you pay more for flexibility, the lack of phone response renders it ineffective. My attempts to reach them by calling repeatedly were in vain.

The experience with Terminals Parking Meet & Greet was excellent. Simply Park were useless. I needed to modify my booking which used to be possible online but now you have to phone. Customer Services do not answer, their mailbox is full, it’s a disgrace. You pay extra for flexibility but no one answering the phone makes it impossible. Repeated calls wee never answered.

This is the second time we have used this service and have been impressed both times. The driver was waiting when we arrived at the airport to take the keys and car, no fuss. When we arrived back, having followed the instructions given, our car was there waiting ready to go, just put the bags in the boot and away.

Instructions were clear, distance to terminal 5 was not far, on coming back we only had to wait a few minutes. All good.

Great service. Punctual and professional. I highly recommend.

Have used this company for a good few years now and at both Heathrow and Gatwick and have never had any problem with them always prompt snd courteous despite the early mornings and late nights we have dropped off snd picked up very simple instructions for drop off and good prices would recommend

Everything about making the booking was simple. Clear instructions, price competitiveness. No wait on arrival for meet and greet, 4 min wait for return, cheerful staff that knew what they were doing. Will use again and recommend.

Always wonderful and professional - great slick and quick service ideal for Heathrow terminals especially T5 literally minutes away.

The parking attendant was waiting for us when we arrived at 4:30 in the morning and was helpful and polite. We were on our way to Departures in no time.
On return, less than 5 minute wait and again we were on our way in no time.

Everything went as planned, no problems.

When arrived someone was already there to collect the car keys, fast collecting service, on returning the car arrived in time by the time we collected our luggage. Polite drivers, definitely I will book again.

This year I used the meet and greet parking service few times and never got disappointed. All the time everything went smoothly and quick and the staff were professional and friendly. Booking engine is also easy to use and they always have different discounts and offers. Highly recommend.

I've been using this company for a couple of years now and find them to be first class. I've used mainly Gatwick but also Heathrow and and always pleasantly surprised about the no fuss, fit for purpose, simple way that they do things. They have also on more than one occasion been particularly flexible when I have been delayed or even made a mistake with my booking.
I'll not go anywhere else for Meet & Greet parking!

So easy as you drop the car opposite the entrance to the airport terminal and pick up on return just as easy Will definitely use again
