It felt a bit strange sorting an appointment via a supermarket! However I went with it (there was no hard sell) and we spoke to a lawyer at the company a week later. Shane was excellent in dealing with our will, very down to earth and professional, and after years of putting it off it’s now done. Thanks and appreciate the great service. We also had a call front their compliance team to ensure we were still happy with outcome - which of course we were.

Following speaking to an agent at my local supermarket I arranged a telephone consultation about arranging my Will. Carla phoned me promptly at agreed time and then 5 mins later as I was busy. Carla was professional and friendly and explained everything clearly and sensitively as the odd question caught me out (me thinking it would be just a simple give couple of names and all sorted). There are additional costs depending on what you are wanting but again these were explained clearly and I (with the help of Carla) sorted my Will for as and when it's needed. I would highly recommend Simpler Law and will be doing to family and friends who keep saying they're going to sort one out.

The chap who came to talk to (14.9) was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He explained everything so we could easily understand. A lot of what he discussed with us we were not aware of so that was definitely a bonus. We have had a lot of discussions with various departments and have always felt valued. Great service from Carla! Explained everything really well in a real life way that I understood-no jargon! Gave me all the relevant advice I needed for my particular situation. Not the easiest or most pleasant things to talk about wills and power of attorney ect., but necessary. Thak you so much!

Jack (one of the consultants)talked me through the will and LPA process very professionally every step of the way which made everything easy to understand and my decisions put in place
The easiness of the telephone conversation from start to finish was very reassuring that he had captured every element that I wanted to be included in my will
The only negative downside to the consultation was during the course of the conversation regarding everything it felt very much that the company wanted to up sell everything with a hefty price tag £500 for this extra and £800 for that
Some people might feel obliged to add it to the policy because it has been recommended

Never received the self filling prepack as promised by the sales person, Rang up a week ago to be told there is no such prepack to fill in, in readiness for the phone consultation, We cancelled and asked for our £79 back. Still not heard anything about the refund or received anything. Poor customer service.
