Extremely late delivery. Do not order if you need in time!
I paid for next day delivery before the cut off time and received my order 5 days late with numerous rescheduling messages. The funny thing is, my item had a big yellow sticker saying 'next day delivery'.

Customer service awful and shows with dirty toe mark in them.
Ordered a pair of Sandles for my daughter’s birthday on 22nd over a week ago. Sent an email on 16th to say they had dirty feet marks in one of them and I couldn’t gift. That was over a week ago and haven’t replied either by email or instagram. Already emailed at the email addressed provided and now have sent another email to ask to return for a refund. See my emails please: order number : 2331458. Appalling customer service!
