Shoes are lovely and come very well wrapped and boxed. Such lovely footwear! Only downside is paying for your own returns. One pair don’t fit as too wide.

My parcel said it attempted a delivery but I was at home and no one came, now it's marked as delivered and I never got it. I even paid next day delivery.

The best style and quality
Simmi have been a favourite of mine for years. They have the best styles, quality and price.
I ordered the Kitty Tan Wedge Heeled Sandals for my trip to Lake Garda (last minute) however, I needed a bigger size and ran out of time.
Upon returning from my trip I became sick and the time given to return the shoes had ended.
I sent an email explaining that I had become poorly and asked if they could kindly extend my return which they did as a goodwill gesture.
I didn’t expect but you don’t know unless you ask.
Simmi always have speedy delivery, fast email response times and great customer service.
I’ll be ordering again soon!
