The keychain I ordered of my sister and husband was very lifelike in detail. She lost her husband earlier this year and I knew this beautiful keychain would bring her some comfort. I had received a keychain from your company from my daughter after my 12 1/2-year-old dog died, and I love having on the keychain while driving since the car was one of her favorite activities.

My order took longer than normal because of the new tariffs and guidelines for shipping overseas. I reached out via email and they responded quickly. I bought this key chain for my cousin as a memorial gift. She absolutely loved it and was so grateful. In her words, it was beautiful! I agree! My brother bought me a memorial gift keychain from the lose of my beloved dog and it’s been years that I’ve had it and it still looks brand new.

Friend ordered us one a few weeks back, came out great so we decided to order a second and it looks terrible. Not good quality control. Vender now not responding.
In reply- same photo was used for both orders, different outcomes. I emailed you over a week ago and haven’t gotten a reply.

This issue has now been fully resolved so it won’t happen again.

I had a memorial keychain done for my two cats. It arrived and made me cry when I opened the box. It was such a beautiful likeness and exceeded what I thought it would be. Now I get to carry them both with me everywhere I go. I love it!!!

My son and daughter in law lost their boy a few months ago. He was their baby. I knew they were still grieving for him, so i decided to get them each a key chain so Jax could be with them every day. The quality and likeness was spot on. Very pleased and they were very happy!
