Once again a fantastic job
Love Silvercut. This is my 3rd neckless from them and my first when the photo that was used was from a pet that had passed away. The customer service was great, they were very understanding with what I wanted and even made changes on the picture that was going to be used.
Each and every piece that I have ( the 3 of them) is an exact replica of my dogs and I can recognised them perfectly.

I came across the Silvercut custom key…
I came across the Silvercut custom key chains in social media. The advertisement looked so good yet I was really hesitant. A lot of these adds look good but the product comes from China and is (for the lack of a better word) crap. They’re poorly made and one birthday present I ordered for my fiancé was supposed to be a beautiful wood carving with our names engaged in it. Well, what I actually got was an acrylic cut out with a picture (sticker) of the carving in it with our names printed on it. I hated it so bad, I wanted to use it for target practice.
However, a few months ago, I lost my boy Mana. He was a 3 year old pup that had passed and I had a pretty big hole in my heart. My fiancé had lost her dog two years prior. So I decided to take a shot on Silvercut and what I got was spot on. The pictures on these custom key chains were so clear and the engraved messages on the back topped it off. It was a great way to honor and remember those we miss so much. I LOVE IT and so does she. Thank you Silvercut for helping us honor Mana and Bentley and keep their memory alive.
If anyone is one the fence about this, DON’T be. It’s more than worth the money.

I've had mine for a few years now and it still looks amazing and is attached to the keys I use daily, so it takes a beating!

Beware if ordering in the US
Ordered a keychain for my dog that passed away. Got an email that it would take 3-5 days to produce and then it would be sent to their shipping partner, along with an order number. Well 10 days later there were no updates on it so I reached out to them. Turns out that shipping from Sweden to the US has been paused with an unknown resume time and the only way to get an expected delivery date is to pay $19 extra after ordering the $50 keychain. When I contacted them about my order and shipping, their answer was that the update about the US shipping pause is displayed at the top of their website. Which is partially correct. What is displayed is a tiny tiny sliver of red that says “US Shipping info: Tarrifs and more info”not mentioning at all that shipping is paused through USPS. Didn’t know we had to search websites now to find out that shipping is paused unless you want to pay $19 extra. It should have said that at checkout when I put in my UNITED STATES address. I got a refund on my order. Customer service was not helpful, and I absolutely wouldn’t trust or order from them again.

Hi, Sky! We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Yes, you’re right about the production timeline. Under normal circumstances, that’s how we operate, sometimes even quicker, but with the recent US tariff and customs requirement changes, logistics were unexpectedly disrupted in Europe. Since we ship from Sweden, our shipping partner had to pause shipments to the US until they could meet the new requirements.
We completely understand how meaningful these keepsakes are, and we know some are intended for occasions with time constraints. That’s why we placed the red notification across the site and in every page, though we understand it may have been easy to miss and apologize for the inconvenience this caused. When you reached out, we suggested FedEx only as an optional alternative since they were less impacted by the changes and continue to deliver.
While we’re saddened we couldn’t craft this piece for you this time, we fully respect your decision and processed a refund. Just to share, shipments to the US have just resumed, and we’re hopeful everything will get back to normal soon. As fellow fur parents, we know how important these keepsakes are and truly wish we get the chance to craft one for you someday.

Sweetest reminder after the hardest goodbye
I bought this after we said goodbye unexpectedly to my soul dog. I miss him terribly but this looks just like the photo I submitted so he’s now always by my side on my keys.
I even showed this off at the vet yesterday and the staff was impressed!
