Engraving fades despite them claiming it doesn’t. Customer service don’t care.
I ordered a keychain as a present and chose silvercut despite them being much more expensive than other companies because their FAQs specifically state the laser engraving will not fade. In two years the engraving has faded significantly and customer service couldn’t care less as I’ve tried to contact customer service multiple times explaining the issue and had no response. Don’t waste your money.

A Happy Reminder of my Sweet Oreo
I ordered two keychains of my dog Oreo who passed away in December. I wanted a way to remember her that wouldn’t make me sad. Every time I see Oreo’s happy face on my keys, it makes me smile.
I was a little skeptical when I first placed my order since I found out about Silvercut from an Instagram ad, but my keychain is really great quality and seems very durable.
I already have another keychain order ready to submit for my good friend who is grieving her puppy’s passing.

It's been weeksss for my order to come in. Im located in the US I do NOT recommend buying from here. I emailed them how it hasn't even shipped yet and they sent a email back saying they dont have my tracking number yet but has been weeks!! I tracked my order and it says it's in the production phase. On top of that their email response is 99% AI Generated. HOW CRAZY!!!! I want a refund and am waiting for the their response.
