Very quick turnaround time and staff were very helpful and kind when I called to enquire about order details.

They are terrible for DSA funded Disabled Students. The email I received from them after 5 months of waiting for in person support and being confirmed I would have in person support with my own DSA assessor ensuring they understood I could only have in person support - they decided to switch my support from Stephen to Arif, to Donna to Aubrey all within a few weeks, each time pushing my sessions further and further later, then the emails they send, the writing is in light grey against white, and super tiny so hard to read their emails, not accessible at all, and I thought I was being offered in person support like requested and even checked by my DSA assessor - but no, they'd taken it upon themselves to offer me remote training but due to my disabilities I didn't read that bit just assuming you know, that they understood disability and access needs.

No, they only understand how to make as much money off disabled students as possible.

For 5 months from 18 March to 14 July they could have told me they could not provide me in person support but instead they decided for themselves I was to have online support. They kept telling me "We know you're pushing for" which shows their total lack of understanding of disability. Even admitting that they are doing the same to many students "in your position" - it's just abhorrent that a company think it's okay to do this to disabled students.

So for 5 months I have been without any support. We are now heading to August. End of the year for support. At least I'm now with a different provider who can provide in person support.

This sight and sound is being honest helpful and constructive.
