Very easy to use and friendly

Highly recommend Shredded Neat and their hard drive destruction service. Very simple and easy service to use - being provided with a convient way to send my hard drive for destruction in the post is very much appreciated! Great serivce and price too! Highly recommend!

Easy to use service at a great price. Shredded Neat sent a pre paid return envelope to send them the hard drives for destruction. Was simple to use and I would use them again.

Shredded Neat responded to my order quickly and sent a prepaid strong envelope for the hard disk drive I wished to have securely and compliantly destroyed.

I dropped off the package at my local post office on 16 October and received the notice of destruction just 4 days' later.

I recommend this company, which has given excellent customer service.

Excellent company which provided prompt and efficient service. I would highly recommend this company.

I recently used Shredded Neat to dispose of some old mobile phones and had the most wonderful experience. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly with such a lovely, friendly response from Emma. The bags to send the phones in then arrived very quickly with clear instructions on what to do and within a few days of posting them my certificate of destruction was sent via email. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and hassle free. Shredded Neat provide a personal touch, really care about their customers and are clearly very passionate about giving outstanding customer service. This is the best customer service I have ever received from a company. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.

Very helpful, efficient and cost effective.

Shredded Neat stands out among its competitors. The website and booking were straightforward to use. The prices are very competitive and fair. The process is fast. The packaging was excellent. I had complete peace of mind that my data was being handled appropriately and securely. The communication with Shredded Neat was also effortless. I had a couple of questions, and Emma responded quickly, was super friendly, and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend Shredded Neat, and I would use them again in an instant.

Easy to use website for the online order process. Good communication and quality packaging to send in hard drives for destruction. All dealt with promptly with associated certification.

I had an excellent experience with Shredded Neat and would recommend them completely. Their customer service was amazing. Emma was so helpful through the whole process!

From start to finish they made it so easy, Emma was support informative and the packaging parcel they sent was brilliant. It’s nice to have complete peace of mind with these matters!
Would 100% use again and recommend to others.

Brilliant company - does exactly what it says on the tin. Engaged then to dispose of sensitive office documents after a clear out. Thoroughly recommend.

Emma, Antony & team were absolutely brilliant! We aren't particularly local to Shredded Neat however we were able to easily arrange collection of a sizeable amount of boxes for a very reasonable price. The communication from Emma was brilliant, the whole team are so friendly and happy to help. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again and recommending their services to others. Thank you so much all!

This was my first experience of using Shredded Neat, and it certainly won't be the last! Although it was only a small job (one bag of papers to be shredded), the staff I dealt with - Emma in the office, and Nick who carried out the shredding while I watched - could not have been more helpful and friendly. After speaking to Emma on the phone a couple of times previously, I was able to call in at very short notice when I rang again to get the shredding done - a very quick process, too. Although I have a home shredder, it would have taken me a great deal longer to shred everything (and I would have had to remove all the staples beforehand)!
I was most impressed by the business, which recycles everything, too. I shall look forward to using Shredded Neat again.
