Over the past 7 months SSYS has become the only clothing brand I buy from! They design clothes that boost your confidence and make you feel beautiful in everything from athleisure to events and everything in between!

My FAVORITE boutique! I absolutely love their label pieces. The quality is top notch, trend forward while still being something a 40 yr old mom of 2 would want to wear. Modest but never frumpy. Their athletic pieces are unlike anything else in the market. Unique, feminine while standing up to a workout. A TON of my closet is SSYS. Don’t listen to these other reviews, their customer service is top notch.

Deceptive checkout. They add a $5.99 “free return fee” that’s easy to miss because it’s small and light gray. It’s an optional fee, but it’s automatically added. To take it off before checking out, you would need to see a tiny light gray link at the bottom. You think, “Okay, I’ve made my selections. I’ll click this huge pink square where it says checkout” but they’ve added the fee that you didn’t select on your own. When you get your item and don’t like it, you can return it for a store credit only. BUT you have to pay $10.80 for it to be picked up, even though you paid the $5.99 “free return fee”. You can choose to use your own shipping company, but you pay for the shipping, even though, again, you paid the “free return fee”.

Terrible customer service. My husband ordered me a dress 2 weeks ago and the shipping has said “label created” for the whole 2 weeks. He has contacted them by email twice to which he was told, once it ships it’s not their problem. Umm ok, but it didn’t ship, it just has a label. We are out over $80 and they don’t care to even respond to emails and help their customers. Buyer beware!!

Prices are extremely high for the product being offered. The fact that they don't allow returns just tells me they know customers will not be happy and once you make a purchase and see the quality what good is a credit!!!

Don’t waste your money here. Clothing is cheaply made and return policy is horrible. Not only do you have to return purchase within 14 days, but also they WILL NOT REFUND original payment method (only store credit). Customer service is lacking and poor quality merchandise
