For an American based company I expected great customer service, I did not receive that. They are rude and the minute you ask a question they don't like they ignore you. I too ordered off thier size chart and it wasn't accurate because a medium drowned on me. I couldn't find a phone number so I went on Instagram and called them. Well, I dialed and they kept hanging up the phone and then said quit calling you are annoying us! Excuse me I am a customer that needs help with order. I've been treated more fairly by China. This company should be embarrassed by their customer service!

After shopping SSYS for a while it became obvious the quality was going down Sizing was inconsistent and there were quality issues. Once I asked customer service a question and the response I received back a week later was very rude.
They don't allow any opinion that's not their own. They blocked me from ALL their social media because I simply asked a question.
Never have I been blocked even from a personal aquaintance much less a BUSINESS.
Sadly Mallory treats her business like a sorority not a business. Other women who shop her store are "scared of her disliking them" it's childish and rediculous. No one needs her copied clothing bad enough to put up with the nonsense.

Total bait and switch. I ordered an item and paid extra for their "free returns" option. When the item didn't fit and I tried to return, they said it was bought at a discount and therefore the return was rejected. This was not made clear at any point and if it was final sale- it needed to be marked as such and not offered me an extra fee for free returns. Do not buy from this store!

The time to prepare an order is 5 days longer than their max prep time suggested on their website. Their response to emails is a handful of business days and you may get a weird auto response email implying their shipping policies have changed. It all seems unprofessional and poorly operated.

I recently placed a large order with your store, purchasing several sizes to determine the best fit. While I truly appreciate the quality and design of your clothing, I was unaware that your return policy only offers store credit.
Unfortunately, this leaves me in a difficult position. As someone who is 5'1", finding the right fit can be challenging, and ordering multiple sizes was necessary. However, being limited to store credit means I would face the same issue again if I reorder, which is exhausting and discouraging.
I value your brand and would love to continue shopping with you, but this policy makes it hard for me to do so.

Never received my order. Sent a fake tracking number. Will not respond to emails inquiring about my order. Was worried that it may be a scam, but reviews seemed to be good. Always trust your gut. Ended up with no shoes and lost $60.

I have written numerous times regarding the wrong size I ordered and nobody has returned my e mail. Horrible customer service and I just got charged 16 dollars to send dress back that I wrote before shipped that I asked to be on waitlist for XS. Btw I ordered XS not small. They switched my order request.

I absolutely love this boutique! Their curated in-house label is full of timeless classics and on-trend pieces that always feel fresh and stylish. The quality is truly outstanding—I’ve never been disappointed with a single item. One of my favorite things about this shop is their live try-ons and detailed fit reviews, which make shopping online so much easier and more fun. You can really tell they care about their customers. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, responsive, and always helpful. It’s a joy to support such a thoughtful and well-run small business. Shopping here feels like a win-win every time!

I have been shopping SSYS for a few years now and I love it so much! So many unique pieces that are great quality for a great price. Customer service has been wonderful too!

SSYS is the best! I started shopping with SSYS about 2 years ago and now my closet is almost exclusively SSYS! The quality of their clothes is amazing, their customer service team is so helpful and quick to respond, and their designs make me feel feminine and pretty. Their clothes are made to fit a woman's body. Every time I wear something from SSYS I get multiple compliments. I mean every.single.time!! I don't shop anywhere else now.

SSYS is one of the most amazing places I have ever shopped in my life! The clothing is beyond amazing, as well as the customer service! You feel like you are a part of this huge community/family and that is one reason I love shopping with them!

The level of quality and attention to detail blows me away every time I receive a new purchase from SSYS. I was hesitant to purchase clothing online that I wasn't able to try on and I saw that they did exchanges or store credit only so I downloaded the app and decided just to take a look. I am so glad that I did because I have never been more blown away by customer service and attention to detail as I have with this boutique. They do a fit video of every single piece of clothing that they sell. They also do live sales with extremely detailed sizing information as well as size charts for every item... The only way someone could get the wrong size is if they truly don't know their measurements or don't listen to the fit advice that the ladies give. All of their clothes are functional fashion-forward beautifully made quality pieces that I have been able to wear season after season. It is literally the only place I shop now.. from athleisure, work to weekend, date night, formal events, shoes jewelry they have everything you need. And the price for the quality is amazing. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I have placed 127 orders with this fantastic woman’s clothing company SSYS, some with multiple items, most if not all with free shipping. To say - I LOVE this company!! The proof is in the order stats❣️
The quality is perfection - and I never stress on what to wear with SSYS in my closet.

SSYS has quickly become the only place I shop. I can get anything from workwear to athleisure, and I love the price point and quality. I also love that I get one of kind pieces. It’s not stuff you see at every other boutique. The ladies also provide in depth sizing information before you order which is one of the main reasons I shop there.

Ever since I found SSYS in 2021 I have been a HUGE fan and loyal customer! Love their honesty, live sales, Collection drops and SSYS the Label! Truly a boutique for all women!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I have made at least 1 purchase almost weekly for several years! My family recognizes SSYS packages in the mail!!

The most fashionable pieces that keep me coming back for more! My wardrobe has slowly transitioned to SSYS pieces only! The best customer service with real life try ons and feedback! A community of women who you feel like you know but have never met. Love this company!

I’ve ordered several pieces from SSYS and overall, I’ve been really happy with the quality and style. The fabrics feel soft and well-made, especially for the price. I love that their designs are cute but still practical—great for everyday wear. The label has a clean, polished look that feels elevated without being too over the top.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about SSYS. Even shopping online, you can feel the heart behind this brand. SSYS is more than just a boutique — it’s a business that truly values people. You can tell they care deeply about every customer, and it’s just as clear they treat every member of their team with that same respect and appreciation.

It shows in the way they thoughtfully curate their collections, in how responsive and kind they are when you reach out, and in the genuine excitement they have for helping others feel confident and seen. That kind of care can’t be faked — it’s real, and it’s rare.

SSYS has built something special, and I’m so grateful to be part of their community.

Love SSYS and everything they offer! From the clothes, to the people and everything in between, you cannot go wrong. Always ahead of the game with what’s in season and truly listen to what people want and love! 💕

My favorite boutique of all time! Love all their stuff and my closet shows it! The quality is 100% and they have something for everyone! SSYS is my go to when I'm looking for something cute!!
