Very beautiful well made shoe. Made of leather. I could smell it right when I opened the box. The only negative is that they take almost 3.5 weeks to get here.

I love my shoes, they are amazing quality, the shipping was seamless and the shoes are devine. Would highly recommend this brand . I also have a gorgeous pair of leather boots from them and I cannot wear them enough, so comfortable and stylish. Will defiitely be buying again!

I ordered these shoes for an event and even though it arrived late , I love it , it's beautiful. I love the attention to detail. The Quality, especially under the shoes.It's just beautiful. I'm actually upset because I should have won this to my event so definitely do better on shipping.But ten out of ten would definitely re purchase. ❤️

These shoes are AWESOME!!! the quality are awesome. took a little while to arrive, and I didn't hear back from customer service when I reached out but, I read that these shoes fit a little snug, so I order a size up, and they fit perfectly! I will be shopping with them again soon.

Do not waste your money. I bought a pair of shoes in November, we are now in April and I still have not received them. I reached out to Arno for a refund and I have never gotten a response back.

While the shoes were nice, they did not fit. Upon reaching out for a return process, I was given the run around and offered a 30$ refund for 180$ shoes. Finally after insisting I wanted to return (4 emails later), I was told to ship back to China which costs 60$+. This whole thing is a scam and the shoes are only declared at $20 which leads me to believe they are low quality. Overall not worth the hassle and I lost $70 from the experience.

I have two pair from them, yes it took a while to get here but I am soooo happy with them!! 10 out of 10 would recommend! The shoes are great quality and "match" the og very well!! I will be buying from them again!

I am about to order for another shoe due to my wonderful experience I had with my first and second shoes which was delivered in November 2025 and December 2025 respectively.
The shoes are incredibly comfortable and stylish. The fit is true to size , and the cushioning provides great support even after wearing it all day.
The design is sleek and modern, making them to pair with both casual and semi- formal outfits.
The shoes are made with high materials and I am very satisfied with the purchase and I will continue to recommend the shoe to anyone looking for comfort and style in one package

I was impressed with the speed of my delivery and I am in love with my new shoes. Stylish and comfortable are 2 things that rarely go together but it’s true in this case. I have a cart full now of shoes that I intend to buy very soon.
