Have not received my delivery of €28 euro plus 9.95€ delivery fee, a total of €36.95. They have terrible customer service and send the same emails over and over. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT. I know you will think ur experience will be different but it won’t. Check their insta comments as well, they practically scam people.

Yes don’t get me wrong, cheap! But when you add shipping which is £8 by the way, it’s not as cheap as you might think.

I ordered on the 2nd of April were now at the 17th of May and still no delivery. I had a shipping update on the 17th of April to tell me it was still in Texas, it still hasn’t left 1 whole month later.

I get this is a drop shipping site of some sort however, a company with this many people buying from them and leaving terrible reviews, you’d think theyd be transparent on there website and manage people’s expectations with regards to shipping times bit better. I don’t care if it costs me more then I spent to buy it, but the second I receive the parcel I’m gonna send it back.

I made a purchase and never received it and contacted DHL and USPS and both said my package hadn't been sent out by then it had been a month and a half i then proceeded to contact them for a refund in which i got no response that was 2 weeks ago.

I waited a month for my order to arrive. Opened my package and the one thing I was looking forward to getting wasn't in there. They sent me the Essential AM brush set when I ordered the 10 piece Hi-Def brush set. It took them 3 days to answer my email asking for pictures and now here I am again waiting for someone to read and respond to the pictures. This is the worst customer service department EVER! Just save your money and buy from BH Cosmetics!!

The package took almost 2 months to arrive and there was not much shipping information for Canadian shoppers. Besides the shipping flaw, the products all arrived in one piece and it was well packaged!

Scammers stay well away customer service is non existent took on with a student money! 2 months now I been waiting and I’m not taking the corona as an excuse because I’ve received things quicker from China and only placed the order 2 WEEKS ago. Emailed several times and only once got an email back which wasn’t one bit helpful? Disgraceful I’ve informed them I will be taking them to the small claims court

I've ordered from this site 3 times now and it's great!! It's basically an online dollar store which is soooooo fun! All 3 of my orders showed up just fine and did not take a super long time. The lash primer and mascara blew me away today! For a buck each? Whaaaaat? ❤ Socks and oils are great too! Some earrings are much bigger than they look though!

I hate this “company”. I placed my other April 18, 2020. Didn’t get a shipping notice til April 30. Never heard from them since! It is may 12 and I still don’t have a valid tracking number!!! I’m very frustrated and they already took my $36 as soon as they “shipped” which I think is a scam. No actual number I can call or contact. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

ho comprato ormai alla fine di marzo...dal 15 aprile il mio pacco risulta essere ancora in Germania e mi dicono di aspettare, cioe posso capire tutto ma non e possibile che dal 15 questo pacco non si sia spostato dalla Germania, non ho ancora ricevuto nulla, sono veramente insoddisfatta, aspetto ma nulla, inoltre non rispondono a tutte le mail, non c e un numero ne nulla, confusionario, ho inoltre fatto un ordine costoso, quindi sinceramente mi gira.

Hi, I ordered two orders from this company still not received my orders and today I got two fees to pay in total of £45 to pay but i still haven't received my items..

I placed my order on April 9th, got my confirmation right away, 2 weeks later it was assembled(I also received an email for this) and ready to ship, got my tracking number April 17, my order was shipped out officially on the 24th and I received my order on the 1st of May so it took a little under a month which was the time I expected it to take because of covid-19 and my order was perfect the only thing was that they sent me a black makeup brush instead of a white one which I didn’t mind.( I live near six flags in Illinois if that helps anyone estimate time)

Made an order over 1 months ago. I understand due to the current situation orders may delayed however I contacted company multiple times over the last 2 weeks and have not had a response. I was advised one month ago my order had been shipped and I’ve not heard anything at all since. 0 stars. Awful.

I shopped on Miss A after seeing some make up reviews online but before reading trust pilot and I’m glad I did as I had no problems. I bought 20 products cost me £24 then I paid express delivery. Delivery said 7-27 days. I purchased on the 17th and it arrived today the 22nd (I’m in Scotland) so it was super fast. I paid customs straight away so there was no hold up that was £4 which you pay online via a text DHL send. All in all I’m very happy with my experience and all the product arrived in good condition, no breakages! Will happily shop again

J'ai commander 2 3 fois sur se site et j'ai toujours tout reçu certe il a fallu un peu de temps pour arriver mais j'en suis ravis je le recommande

Even though it took two weeks to ship it was worth it all of the products were packaged well and there was none that broke nine missing and I would definitely order from there again

First time ordering from this website. I live in Tennessee And it took 17 days For my package to arrive and then when it did it, come in the mail. I opened it to find had 2 damaged items and 3 missing items. And I guess there Try to cover it up By putting 2 very small items The body oils In my package that I did not order and that was not on my order form. I've tried looking for a number. Couldn't find one. So I have emailed them About replacement and reimbursement for my missing items Several times And several days have passed Yet. no response.
