I have truly enjoyed my GlowTech LED Mask and have made it a regular part of my daily skincare routine. At 51 years old, I take great pride in caring for my skin, and every morning I cleanse, use my GlowTech LED Mask with both the red and blue light therapy settings, and then follow with my serums and moisturizer. I’ve genuinely noticed a healthier, more radiant glow in my skin, and I appreciate how easy the mask is to incorporate into my regimen.

Although I’ve unfortunately experienced an issue with my replacement device, I truly appreciate the care and attention the LED Esthetics team has shown in working with me toward a resolution. I’ve been really impressed with this mask! It has noticeably improved my skin’s texture, and my skin looks brighter and firmer overall. I’ve been using the face mask and chest mask consistently for a long time. Three things are true:

1) I’ve had to cut back on my Botox appointments. I only go twice a year cut down from 4 times a year. (Over a 1000 usd savings).

2) I went in for my annual laser treatment (Opus) and my dermatologist said I didn’t need a follow up. (Over a 1500 usd savings).

3) I don’t spend thousands of dollars a year on medical grade skin care. I spent around 600 dollars every 3 months on products. (Over a 2400 usd savings).

If that alone doesn’t convince you you then I’m not sure there is something else I can say.

It’s an investment but the ROI is amazing!

The customer service is superb and I purchased the LED light for my hair. Since using it, I’ve seen growth. I have tried collagen powders, rogaine and supplements to no avail. It wasn’t until used this product that I saw change.

Experienced an issue with battery life and company promptly heard my issue and sent a replacement.

Neck led light is incredibly comfortable to use. The comfort helps me use it consistently therefore I've been able to see good results. I've seen my neck ridges look smoother.

I bought the glow collar in April 2025. I started using it immediately and I could tell it was making a difference in my skin in the area of treatment. I am 74 and much more comfortable wearing V-neck than I was before I started wearing the device.
It is very comfortable, and became a pleasant part of my morning routine. However, in June 2026, it stopped working and I am hoping to get a replacement.

I had a question after only a few days of receiving my mask and collar. The customer service department was very prompt about responding and answering my question. Several weeks later, I had an issue with one of the batteries. After sending the requested videos documenting the issue, customer service (Nicole) resolved it. I love my products and highly recommend LED Esthetics!

Superior product! Seen such a change in my skin texture. Complimented so often how smooth and clean my skin is. Had an issue with the mask not working, and even though it was out of warranty, Nicole helped to remedy the situation within days. I had already recommended this mask to others and will continue to do so

The team was wonderful helping me sort out my issue. They stayed connected with emails at least 6-7 times until I was able to resolve my issue. I give them a Big Hug for all of their help.

I have not received my mask yet. I just ordered. However, I would like to say that Katrina in the customer service department is very good at her job. She listens to customers and allows them to speak without interrupting. I find that very important when a customer is calling and trying to get their point across. I placed an order for the Mother's Day sale and it had to be cancelled/refunded as there was not an option for me to pick the shipping protection at the time and I wanted the protection. So I chose to place a new order. And found out from Katrina that there was no more shipping protection. I do find that a bummer as a customer because I would've purchased it just for a piece of mind on a $400 order. However, I brought up my concerns that now that the Mother's Day sale is over I would not be receiving the deep discount that I had yesterday and she offered to refund me the difference due to the issues that arose. And I think that means well and speaks volumes to customer service and experience. Otherwise, you would've lost a customer and I would've went with another brand. Thank you Katrina for being great!
