Der TikTok Shop ist scam. Einige Beispiele:

Verkäufer Greenvita haben wir bestellt Mango und Ananas.

Statt Mango kam einfach Erdbeeren weil sie billiger sind in der Herstellung.

Ananas hat der Verkäufer garnicht versendet weil es wohl im
Angebot war und er keine Verluste machen wollte allem
Anschein.

TikTok reagiert nur mit Rückerstattung gegen Rückversand. Also die Verkäufer können machen was sie wollen und man soll als danke selber das Paket zur Post bringen.

Unbedingt meiden. Auch nach mehrmaligen Kontakt mit TikTok kein Erfolg.

Tiktok era un bel social.. ERA! Ora schifo assoluto totale schifo il peggiore!! Zero controllo, svantaggi evidenti, discriminazione continua , e tiktok shop? La più grande trappola mai vista lo attivi ma poi per toglierlo è allucinante!! Ti fanno fare contratti di collaborazione falsi e non riesco a toglierlo inutile contattare assistenza proteggono i truffatori, campioni gratuiti mai prodotti cinesi quindi schifo.. una piattaforma vergognosa che spero fallisca, per me illegale adesso devo capire come uscire da questa trappola insegna e indecorosa!!

Be very careful, there are a lot of scam shops on the site and tiktok customer service are not helpful whatsoever, they will call you a "valued customer" whilst they confirm they will not refund you and quote their T&C's. I'll never use them again and would warn others from doing so.

Pure scam, they put loads of things on flash sale for real cheap and claim 'Free shipping' then once about to check out they whack up to around £20,shipping fees 😆😅 Remember if it looks to good to be true,..it usually is and these jokers top the bill.

Penosi. Rispondono ai ticket senza neanche leggerli. Quindi ricevi risposte standard che non risolvono il problema citato e, inoltre, di conseguenza, gestiscono il problema in modo empirico e casuale senza peraltro alcuna autorizzazione dell'utente

Esempio, nel mio caso: avviano un reso senza che magari l'utente l'avesse chiesto. Emettono etichette di reso sbagliate!

FATE ATTENZIONE E LEGGETELE PRIMA DI SPEDIRE:
- intestazione e indirizzo mittente del reso (sbagliato e spesso riportante il nome del gestore della logistica Maersk)

RISCHIO: se il pacco torna indietro non vi viene recapitato e così si perde il pacco!

- peso e dimensioni: sbagliate (manco sanno le dimensioni del loro cartone d'imballaggio e peso del tutto una volta re-imballato e che altro non è che quello di spedizione iniziale).

RISCHIO: non viene accettato in posta

Order some bits of tt shop delivery driver dumped them on my door step in fall view didn’t even try to hide them in the photo and they have been nicked got on to tt shop and they didn’t approve it so now I’m the one out of pocket so so wrong should refund me and get on to there delivery driver about it SO EVERYONE GO GET THE SAME STUFF OF TEMU AT LEAST IT ARRIVES AND ITS THE SAME STUFF👍🏻👍🏻😂😂😂😂

I have been trying to register my UK company (FZ GLOBAL VENTURES LTD) on TikTok Shop for a long time. Despite providing a clear Passport and official Business License, their automated system keeps claiming a 'name mismatch' between the documents. The name is exactly the same on ALL documents. There is zero difference.

Their support is purely robotic, sending the same templates over and over again without actually looking at the documents. They are causing me financial loss and wasting my time. If you are a serious business owner, stay away from TikTok Shop’s incompetent verification process. I demand a HUMAN review immediately!

Ich bestelle dort gar nichts mehr.

Ich habe Anfang Januar 2026 für fast 60€ etwas bestellt. Meine Sendung kam nie an. Nach mehreren Wochen habe ich den TikTok Shop Support kontaktiert, dort wurde ich auf den Händler verwiesen. Den Händler aus Deutschland habe ich angerufen, dort wusste man von gar nichts und sagte, dass nach 30 Tage sowieso der TikTok Shop verantwortlich wäre. Danach habe ich unzählige Male den TikTok Shop erneut kontaktierert.

Im Chat sind immer neue Mitarbeiter, die natürlich von nichts wissen und man immer alles neu erzählen muss. Eine Telefonnummer gibt es nicht, der Chat sitzt scheinbar auch nur in fernen Ländern, deshalb läuft alles durch den Übersetzer.

Nach monatelangen hin und her wurde meine Bestellung endlich vom Support storniert und die Rückerstattung veranlasst. Ich habe schon gehofft, dass es endlich vorbei ist.

Nun sind insgesamt fast vier Monate seit der Bestellung vergangen, die Ware habe ich nie erhalten, mein Geld habe ich auch nicht mehr wieder gesehen. Ich bekomme seitdem regelmäßig automatische Nachrichten die sagen, dass die Rückerstattung auf dem Weg ist und es nur 3-7 Tage dauert, bis mein Geld zurück ist. Da kann ich nur noch drüber lachen.

Den Support habe ich natürlich auch immer und immer erneut kontaktiert und mir werden jedes Mal neue Gründe für die "Verzögerung" genannt und versprochen, dass mein Anliegen garantiert in den nächsten Stunden bearbeitet wird.

Ich habe dort das erste Mal bestellt, wohl auch das letzte Mal.

Hier sind laut meiner Erfahrung nur betrüger unterwegs. Ich werde nie wieder was in diesem Shop kaufen

Wasted my money on 3 tier tomato grower, so badly made that it was impossible to assemble. ( The holes are too small for the rods) The hassle of trying to communicate with any elusive customer services to return it as being worthless looks like a scam tactic designed to just rip us off.

Had parcel that was delivered to me from TikTok shop which I didn’t order it had some else’s name on it raise this issue with TikTok customer support they told me to hold on to the parcel until they done there investigation and do not give it to the owner if they come so I replied ok with in ten minutes the owner of the parcel to collect it told them couldn’t have it because TikTok shop customer support had told me to keep hold of it until they done there investigation if she contacted them to say it’s her parcel they should let give to the right full owner the owner says that the TikTok seller has but the wrong door number on the delivery label instead of her door she told me the belong to her daughter it was off her account. Just now 21:50pm TikTok shop customer support have decided to closed the issue without resolution of the issue so I decided to give the parcel ti the rightful owner in the morning.TikTok shop are joke they like taking ur money but when you want raise an issue or make a complaint they just treat customers like trash they don’t even

I ordered two cases of 2025 football cards from the TikTok shop. Ended up receiving a pack with 3 cards in it. When I tried to do a return I discovered my account was blocked and deactivated so I cannot access my order. I tried doing a refund through PayPal but it says I must contact the seller and the TikTok shop contact PayPal provides says it is invalid.

Its the first time when making orders and I can say is good service, I am happy.

Compre el día 22 de febrero un aparto 46€ me llego funciono un par de días y se apago y no volvio a funcionar reclamo me lo aceptan lo envio por seur el día 12 por que me llego el 10 de marzo, ya lo tienen recibido desde el 16 y todavia no han realizado el rembolso

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a winter coat and it has disappeared into the evri hole. Tik tok customer service awful, seller useless. Have asked for a refund but I know they have no intentions of giving me a refund they are making every excuse in the book. First and last time using tik tok shop.
