How on earth this platform is still around beyond me! The customer service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. God forbid trying to get a refund (for a faulty item) out of them. Absolutely shocking!!

Ordered a milk frother from Straame via TikTok, which stopped working after 3 months. Straame and TikTok Shop have basically passed the buck to each other and no replacement nor refund has been arranged.
Poor quality product terrible customer service and appalling statutory rights adherence.
Avoid like the plague, terrible company

Purchased some Adidas trainers and Polo shirt via Tik Tok shop
Turns out it was a scam
Contacted Tik Tok and they say they are not responsible and refused to refund my money
The items were advertised on Tik Tok so not sure how they can deny any responsibility.
So my advice is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TIK TOK

Poor customer service Return two items that were bought from Miss May store through TikTokand refused to give me my refund even though I return the two dresses in the same package they came in. They’re refusing to give me back my refund pay the total of $81.60 and got ripped off will never purchase anything from TikTok again. Buyer beware.

Ich habe am 13.3.2026 im Tiktok Shop einen Beamer gekauft, der kam sehr schnell an. Dieses Gerät entsprach überhaupt nicht der Präsentation, so dass ich es am 17.3.2026 als Retoure zurück geschickt hab. Am 23.3.2026 ist diese Retoure bei Tiktok angekommen, seit dem warte ich auf eine Erstattung meines Geldes. Heute ist der 24.3.2026 und ich werde ständig mit irgendwelchen Ausreden im Chat mit Tiktok abgewimmelt

Ordered a 3 pack of shorts and a 1 pack arrived. Sell claimed that it was only a 1 pack and TiKtok thwarted the refund request when the seller refused a refund. Absolutely criminal.
The company I bought the product from is called ‘follow the trend’ and I would advise keeping clear of both. With your concerns and money in mind.

Honestly what an absolute and utter scam of a company!
I purchased a purse from a luxe retailer on TikTok shop, the item arrived with unexpected damage. I went to report this directly and TikTok provided me with only one option of return - it was a self service return. No idea why, it’s hassle if anything so I’d have preferred a prepaid label! The text said I need to pay and claim reimbursement via TikTok as it was faulty.Nevertheless I sent this off. It literally said ‘return and come back to support for a refund of postage’ or in so many words. I did all this, retained the receipt, kept screenshots of their promises but they declined every single request. They have been narcissistic, they lied, misled, refused to take accountability and tried to blame it on the system. I am out of pocket for a faulty item. I’ll never buy from them again, think twice before you do too. Very poor service, lots of ignorance, staff lack ability to problem solve or even understand plain English. Frustrating, I won’t leave it there though because they need to be held accountable!

I placed an order. It said delivered but I never got it. I spoke with customer service about it and that was awful. The worst customer service experience I'd ever had. They refused to refund me, saying I needed to give them camera surveillance evidence that it wasn't delivered. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. Then they insulted me with a$5 coupon good for only 7 days. I will never order from them again. If I could give a negative score I definitely would.

Wenn man bei einem shop bei TikTok Probleme hat ist man aufgeschmissen, das heißt keine hilfe von seiten von TikTok. Also nichts mehr bestellen.

Ich bewerte hier aus Sicht eines Verkäufers, dessen TikTok Shop ohne nachvollziehbaren Grund von einer KI geschlossen wurde. Unser Shop wurde plötzlich gesperrt, eine konkrete Begründung oder verständliche Erklärung haben wir nie erhalten. Der Widerspruch wurde abgelehnt, einen neuen Widerspruch durfte ich laut System gar nicht mehr einreichen.

Der Support verweist immer nur darauf, dass „das System“ eine Wiederfreischaltung nicht zulässt. Damit ist unser Shop faktisch dauerhaft dicht, obwohl wir nachweislich nichts falsch gemacht und alle Anforderungen erfüllt haben. Schon die Eröffnung des Shops war von technischen Problemen geprägt, und auch von angeblichen Verstößen, die offensichtlich nur von der KI generiert wurden und inhaltlich keinen Sinn ergaben.

Besonders ärgerlich:

Es gibt keine transparente, menschliche Prüfung, obwohl es hier um die wirtschaftliche Existenz von kleinen Unternehmen geht.

Vorwürfe sind extrem vage, man bekommt keine klaren Hinweise, was genau angeblich gegen welche konkrete Regel verstoßen haben soll.

Der Support bleibt freundlich, kann aber faktisch nicht helfen, weil er selbst an die Entscheidungen des Systems gebunden ist.

Als seriöser Händler können wir nun auf TikTok keinerlei Produkte mehr anbieten, obwohl wir viel Zeit und Geld in den Aufbau des Shops investiert haben. Aus unserer Sicht ist TikTok Shop für Verkäufer mit einem professionellen Anspruch aktuell nicht empfehlenswert: zu viel KI-Willkür, zu wenig Transparenz, kein echter Rechtsschutz und keinerlei verlässliche Ansprechpartner.

Ich hoffe, dass TikTok seine Prozesse bald grundlegend überdenkt und echte, menschliche Prüfungen einführt – sonst werden viele seriöse Händler diese Plattform dauerhaft meiden.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!!Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten,manche Artikel kommen gar nicht und Geld zurück 😂🤣😂🤣NICHTS!!!!Grenzt an Betrug!!!

Tiktok shop shows many warranties and offer to give your money back if something happens but they don't honor that warranty. They are scammers. They will not refund me for a broken product

Orderd once never again i orderd a pack of 12 pool chalk and only got 4 pieces absalutly discusting i cant even coplain directly to the seller what a discrase forget ticktok shop and order on ebay or go to shops and pay full price to garentee you get what you orderd

TikTok Shop is refusing to refund my 109.99€. Their system claims they issued a refund on March 7th, which is impossible because I only paid the invoice via Klarna on March 30th. I have bank statements proving this, but the support only sends automated bot replies. I have already filed an official complaint with the German Consumer Protection (Verbraucherzentrale NRW). Order ID: 576863025192082197. This is a scam.

Bad bad customer service most sellers are rude and very unprofessional and lies I never get refunded and never get my items I pay for mostly won’t ever shop here again I will stick to Amazon and eBay and other online shopping never again to much scammers and horrible racist seller who don’t like people of colour

Hice un pedido el 14/1 a Tiktok Shop Seller x un importe d 5,99€. A esta fecha ni he recibido el pedido, no tengo factura ni documentación alguna puesto q no mandaron i formación.
Creo que es un fraude, si es así lo denunciaré a la policía.
No volveré a comprar y la valoración es -0

Bestellt nicht da! Habe eine ganze Woche gewartet, nur um zu erfahren, das es ein Systemfehler gab und es die Ware gar nicht mehr gibt. Bin gespannt, wann ich mein Geld wieder bekomme. Die haben absolut keine Ordnung und kein Durchblick bei dem Shop.
