They banned my store (Daisy Luxe) for no reason and are currently withholding my business funds. No support, no transparency, just frozen capital. If you are a serious seller, stick to Shopify. TikTok is not ready for professional commerce.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star but had to. Ordered something a few days ago, it states it been delivered but it hasn’t. Shows a photo but the photo doesn’t show proof it been delivered. Evri saying it out of there hands and TikTok shop refuses to give me a refund. 1000% avoid if you can.

Habe Jacken bestellt, eine zurück gesendet und nun heißt es sie wäre nicht im original Zustand gewesen, 50€ Erstattung einfach so verweigert und nur Blabla in den mails. Andere Bestellung zugestellt nicht erhalten, trotz beweisen und Hermes Nachrichten keine Einsicht und man besteht darauf das es zugestellt wurde. 100€ einfach weg

Disgusting service by trader, courier and tik tok customer service. Trader does not respond, Munnie. Courier claims its in transit with zero updates, Evri. And tik tok shop tells you one day you can a refund if doesnt arrive by tomorrow then moves the date further backthe next day. The whole system is a disgrace.

Very disappointed ordered from Tiktok Shop & if I had know the delivery was with Evri, would never have purchased. Didn't realise until after I had placed the order. Although they said delivered through letter box, nothing was delivered and with what I had ordered, impossible to get through a letter box anyway. Eventually did get a refund, but Tiktok make it so difficult to get hold of anyone. Can't chat to a person, always a robot. All the time they continue using Evri, will not place another order. Although I was disappointed as I really wanted the bits I ordered.

They will go out of their way NOT to provide you with a refund requesting multiple times for the same information, and still won’t refund, absolutely disgusting. Thankfully my card provider refunded me. ABSOLUTELY WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, I WILL STICK TO AMAZON AS THEY DO RESOLVE ISSUES EFFECTIVELY

Habe ein paar Kopfhörer bestellt und diese funktionieren nicht. Habe die Retoure beantragt und seit dem geht es immer hin und her . Nur zu einer Lösung kommen wir nicht .Für mich war es der letzte Einkauf bei Tiktok !

Pedí una cama y mas cosas para la cámara por tiktok shop hace meses y cuando llego no era la cámara que ponía que era, la devolví junto con las demás cosas que se suponía que eran para esa cámara que pedí y todavía después de varios meses de a ver pedido la devolución aun no me han echo el rembolso de la cámara.

I thought it cant get worse than Amazon for sellers, but TikTok shop broke all expectations! Everything has been painful, from setup of account to adding products, to fulfilling orders a d getting fund released. Not to mention the system errors that pop up from time to time, the rigid platform, and the pain in trying to speak to someone from support team.

Would give zero their is no protection on anything that you buy this is a platform for scammers and thieves when looking for a refund after being scammed out of £36 i kept getting told ticket being made no refund this is what I got 21:28 4 .

Just looked up trustpilot and this seems to be the pattern on refunds and people never receive them will send mv correspondence to mv bank as well thev can put it through as fraud

Ho ordinato 2 volte. La prima tutto bene , ma la seconda volta purtroppo pur dandomi l'ordine come consegnato, non ho mai ricevuto il pacco.tramite app ho chiesto il rimborso e per carità il giorno dopo lo avevo..ma consiglio a tik tok di cambiare spedizione..

No me dejaron devolver el producto cuando se pueden devolver
Me dijeron que no había problema que me devolvían el dinero pero q no me recogían el producto, pero nunca me devolvieron el dinero, volví a reclamar y no me aceptaban la reclamación.
Era la segunda vez q compraba.
