The most comfortable nursing bra! At first I looked at the size and thought this can not be a L/XL but the material is so forgiving and comfortable. It doesn't look flattering when you have large breasts but as I only use them for the nights so it doesn't matter.

Really happy with the nursing bra I purchased, so comfortable and also very quick delivery.

I used the Medela Symphony in the hospital which was amazing, shortly after being discharged, I was loaned an ardo pump and it didn’t work as well as the Medela, so when it was time to get a pump for myself, naturally I went with Medela, I got the swing maxi hands free. I’m expressing even more milk and emptying my breasts in a very short time.

I have given 4 stars instead of 5 because the quantity indicators on the collection cups are not visible, they are really difficult to see especially when there is milk in the cups. If the numbers and lines were a different colour, say yellow, that would make all the difference.

All in all, I’m very pleased with my pump, and delivery took less than 48 hours. Great experience all round!

Have been waiting for delivery every day for a week, still hasn’t arrived. Asked for a review for items not received. Seems like a common experience for Medela customers - wonder if Medela need to change courier? UPS not delivering.

Absolute amazing customer service.

I purchased an hands free pump which has worked like a charm. Unfortunately the tubing started to show some moisture which happened because the cup were not completely dry when I used them. Since you cannot use the tubing if wet, I ordered a new one. This broke but they sent another one straight away. Happy with the diligence of their customer service.

As an exclusive pumper, after a lot of research and reading many reviews online, I purchased the Medela collection cups to go with my Pumpables Genie Advanced pump for on the go pumping. They arrived within a few days and were easy to set up. I'd been using the mini Medela 80ml collection bottles and flanges with the Medela Bustier and Spectra 1 pump for the first 3 months and now that I'd built up my production a bit, I wanted to move on to something a bit more convenient for on the go pumping and with larger storage volumes. They are more convenient than the sticky out tubes, although they are still quite bulky (I feel a bit like Mrs Doubtfire when I wear them 😂) and I have to adjust my nursing bra so it doesn't over stretch around the cup. I don't get quite the same volumes using the cups (maybe 60%-70% compared with the traditional bottles) so now need to top up with formula for the last couple feeds a day which is a little disappointing, however they do mean I can move around the house more easily and do chores. I have elastic nipples so potentially need to try out inserts inside the 24mm flange..?

I'm probably going to get the bigger volume Medela bottles to use with the traditional flanges and Spectra 1 pump a few times a day so I don't lose my supply (that I worked REALLY hard to build up), and ideally produce more than required to enable me to store some in the freezer for days when I'll be away from home.

I haven't yet worn the cups outside the house but will be using them over the Christmas period when I'm staying with family for slightly more discreet pumping throughout the day (but they're still quite "in your face" in my opinion).

I can't really hold my baby and snuggle close while pumping with the cups like I'd hoped as it feels like they'll slip out if place.

All in all a good option for in the go pumping however I only gave 3 stars as I don't get the same volumes which is upsetting and means I spend more precious hours pumping (and hence rinsing and washing too) throughout the day to get less volumes, and I can't cuddle my baby, but at least I'm a bit more mobile for chores.

Every day for the last week I have received a notification saying my delivery will arrive today but it still hasn't arrived. Medela are asking me to review my purchase but it's impossible when it never arrived!

I rented a breast pump from them, costs £49 for 2 weeks and then if you don’t return they charge you £49 per month. Didn’t find it suited my needs so returned it in plenty of time but the company still then charged me another £49 after I had already returned it. Called their customer service which is a joke as it’s basically a voicemail and no one ever responds to the messages you leave. I then also emailed them, got an automatic response saying they would be in touch within 72 hours but they weren’t. They stole my money, awful!
Update: they got in touch with me via email and issued a refund so I have changed my review as I am satisfied with that.

Placed order on 20th November, it still says processing, item has not been dispatched and received an email a minute ago from medela asking me to rate the recent order, how can I do that when I have no item and no status update. This is not good customer service for a company that has a good reputation, I thought I would be better off buying the product direct but I am considering cancelling the order and going elsewhere.

Delivery stated up to 4 days - placed order on 19th and it’s now the 26th and no sign of delivery! Really frustrating as I needed this for a first time mum who doesn’t have access to boots!!!

Was meant to receive mine nearly a week ago now, got an email saying it would be delivered last Friday. And still nothing, been waiting ages now

Ordering thru website’s easy.
Product’s hospital grade pump, slightly annoying with the heavy motor and vibrating.
Customer service was efficient

The multipart system is easy to clean and assemble. Easy usage however 1 part leaks and does not seal properly as per instructions

I purchased the Medela freestyle breast pump from Argos in the 6/9/24. Unfortunately had a few tech issues with the pump not pumping correctly. I contacted Medela and spoke with one of their customer service reps who was fantastic and extremely helpful. Issued a return code so I could swap the pump from Argos on the same day.
Argos were very helpful to and knew exactly what to do.
Really happy with the level of customer service and how straight forward this was, which I wasn’t expecting.
Would now definitely recommend and purchase again as a result. No quibble, lovely customer service staff who were helpful and knowledgable, brilliant product.

I bought this pump on a bit of a whim after having a really rough day and not being able to have time to pump much at all with my hired Medela symphony due to my boy being really unsettled after his jabs. After researching more post purchase I stated to really worry that all the positive reviews seemed to have been left by people given the freestyle, and those from purchasing customers seemed to be negative. However! The pump is brilliant. I’ve had it a week now and I consistently get the same amount using the freestyle as I do with the symphony, and I can cuddle my baby, wash his bottles, walk the dog, even give my boy a bath while wearing! I do still have the symphony for night pumps, but next time it’s due to renew I imagine I’ll send it back. The freestyle is comfortable and to be honest I forget it’s there. It does fog up as others have said, but you can’t leave the milk in the cups anyway so you soon see what you’ve got once you tip it out. I tend to pump for 15/20 mins as I find I don’t get more after this. But I can see if you’re pumping til a set amount this could be frustrating. I also read a lot about milk spilling from the holes where you pour out. Maybe it’s just because I’m tall so I always squat down to do things anyway, but I’ve never lost a drop. I’ve emptied the dishwasher and washing machine with no trouble. Like I say even bathed my boy without losing any milk. My only two negatives are that I wish the screen locked. I wear it on a lanyard provided in the box, and sometimes it will bounce against my tummy and alter the settings. I wonder if this could just be fixed with a software update from Medela? I would hate to buy a whole new pump to get this feature if it’s ever available! Also you need to have a well fitted bra and no breast pads on, I find that the cups slide on the pads and if the bra isn’t tight the cups feels a bit wobbly. But this really doesn’t affect the milk transfer I’ve found, just makes me feel slightly worried. Overall a brilliant pump and means I can do all the other things a mum needs to do in a day! Also very quick delivery.

I have both rented the symphony hospital grade pump and bought the new swing maxi one afterward. The rental process is smooth and the pump arrived super quickly. It is a powerful pump that does the job, the only downside is that you have to hold them with both hands but you can get the bralette for it or use your nursing bra to help. I definitely recommend renting the symphony pump if you need a powerful machine. I then bought the new swing maxi hands-free pump, and overall I am happy with my purchase but there are a few things I'd change. The pump is quite loud (especially compared to symphony), not sure how it compares to other brands. The measurement indicators are impossible to see and understand as they are transparent within the plastic, so can only measure once I pour into my own container. But these are not deal breakers. Otherwise the cups are super light, it's all easy to clean and use. It does the job for me at 3am pretty well so I am content with my purchase.
