I bought a product from Medela. Delivery was on time, and I have not yet experienced the product. What annoys me is that at the checkout, there was no option to buy with PayPal, which was greatly announced. The system only offers to pay by card or Apple, or Google, but not with PayPal in three as it was announced. I contacted the customer service, and the answer was that PayPal has a problem, and they can not sort it out at the moment, despite the offer to pay in three instalments, as PayPal was still being visible. Purchases over £100 should be offered to be paid in instalments!

I bought the Keep Cool Nursing Bra Multi (3 in a pack) and the manual pump. It was delivered on time and I love the pump because I get more milk when I use it.
For the bras, I would suggest bigger straps for the larger bras like from XL as it digs into the skin because they are small and aren’t built to lift heavy breast

The delivery didn’t take too long but the breast shells I bought did not fit as they were pressing against my large nipples which made it really uncomfortable. It appears it only comes in one size which should have been made clear on the website that it would not fit on certain size nipples/ breasts. Worse thing of all is that I couldn’t even refund the item because the seal was broken, though how would I know if it fit or not without trying. Would not buy from here again.

Awful. Ordered item, was then told 1 day before delivery that they were out of stock and would need to wait 1 month before anything could be sent. I was also offered a refund. Called to get the refund but apparently there was only 1 person that could do it so left my details. Still no response days later £160 still due! Worst customer experience Ive had in a long time.

The Swing Maxi double hands free pump is a life saver. I came out of hospital after a re- admission with my newborn for feeding issues and needed an effective & practical pumping solution. The midwife recommended Medela & I got one on order. It’s brilliant, being hands free is fantastic and it’s more effective than the hospital grade one I’d been using. The app is probably the best bit as I need to track all the pumps, bottles, wees & poos etc to make sure we stay on track and I couldn’t find a good app before but this does it all. I also have to say a massive thank you to Kyle in customer services who was so helpful & made sure I received the pump & subsequent spare cups when I needed them. He made such a difference at a really difficult time for us so I’m extremely grateful to him and Medela.

My Medela pump was delivered as expected. However, the Purelan cream included in the same order has not yet been delivered. I would appreciate clarification on when I can expect to receive it.

The medela machine has worked extremely well, my wife is very happy with it as many machines she hasn't been able to express successfully great alternative to the medela machine provided in the hospital.

I'm currently in nicu and been using the pumps daily. I cannot fault the hospital machines or the flex but I did order a bra and the stitching has come undone after a wewk which isn't great considering I bought it for expressing. Its a shame as the material doesn't feel it is stitched together properly either.

Size I need, quick delivery

The pump is great and for me works well with the pumping bra without leaks! The only improvement is the flange sizes. Most women are sized in the teens e.g. 13-19 yet the smallest flange offered is 21. I know smaller ones can be bought online but if you don't it causes unnecessary pain to the areola. I would suggest offering a choice of size when buying or one smaller and one larger size to cater to a larger audience.

Terrible bit of kit … the pump stopped charging within a month and then I could only use it when plugged into the mains … customer service not helpful at all. Considering the price tag pretty poor. Would not recommend

The keep cool bras are very comfortable. I’m normally a 34F and the XL was a good fit. It’s hard to find a good fit so I was pleased. I’ll order more.

NOT RECEIVED

I have received a request to provide a review for items not received.

Advises delivery in up to 4 working days, I have been waiting almost 2 weeks and still not received my order.

Is this a common issue for UK Customers I wonder??

Comfy bras, easy to use.
Order took a bit longer than expected to arrive but was over a bank holiday. Parcel sent by courier allowing tracking. Products are good and welcome to fix the challenges I had.

The delivery has been so slow it’s been over a week waiting supposed to arrive yesterday but got rescheduled so still waiting… very disappointing as I am not able to express while waiting for the new flange to arrive.

I was so excited about this pump, as I had been using a manual pump to express milk and it was getting arduous and time consuming so, after much deliberation I chose the medela swing double pump - given all its claims.

Sadly, this pump just doesn’t work well for me, my hand manual pump allows me to express more than this electric double pump. Now, considering the price of it, I am super disappointed. I’ve tried expressing at different times, in different patterns and with adjusting the flanges into varying positions even during the expressing session and I just get dribbles. I’ve tried leaning forward, back, sideways and just normal relaxed and still the same output.

I can’t return it as once opened it cannot be returned, so now I’m stuck with a very expensive pump that I can’t use. This makes me sad and pisses me off a bit quite frankly - because there should be some kind of contingency in place from the company should it not work for a said woman in her expressing journey. Now, what am I supposed to do with a pump that I can’t use to express with?!

Can’t recommend the nursing bras enough!
I am usually a size 16/38GG.
I initially purchased the 3 pack of nursing bras 2x XL (going off of the size chart) and 1x XXL just to be safe to try in case the others were a bit snug.
They came within 24 hours!
I decided that the XXL was a better fit for me since they have 4 different fastening adjusters at the back and the straps are also adjustable so the bigger option was comfier for me.
The only ‘problem’ I’d say I had is that when contacting customer service, they don’t actually offer partial returns or exchanges so I had to return all 3 bras and repurchase in the bigger size.
I repurchased in XXL and they came again within a day. I haven’t taken them off since, they’re so comfy and supportive which I never thought I’d be able to find with a chest of my size and weight. I will definitely be wearing after I give birth and maybe even repurchase even more so I’ve got plenty!

I also never had any issues with customer service. Although I had to return the first package, the person I was dealing with (I think his name was Kyle) was helpful and quick in responding to my queries and getting my shipping label sorted to return my first package.

The swing maxi pump is great, and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately I did not receive the free gift advertised. Poor customer service when I reached out to try and resolve this.

The most comfortable nursing bra! At first I looked at the size and thought this can not be a L/XL but the material is so forgiving and comfortable. It doesn't look flattering when you have large breasts but as I only use them for the nights so it doesn't matter.
