Great communication. Great driver and dispatcher selection. Once things started moving it was smooth. The only hiccup was the initial driver and the rate were nullified and a new driver and new rate was proposed at the last minute which came out a little bit higher than the initial contract.

But besides that hiccup everything was five star. Because of this last minute surprise I'm reducing one star.

After reading many reviews of auto shippers in general, I was filled with dread, that the quoted price would increase on the day the car was picked up. Thankfully Bob Doss and the team at ship auto now came through, the car was delivered with no issues, and we are happy.

My van arrived safely to my destination but 2 days before we were told our price was being raised to almost double when we had a signed contract for a certain rate. There was a SEVERE lack of transparency involved and unprofessionalism in the way it was handled. Terrible customer service.

I signed contract to ship my car for $450 gave $150 - THEN it was bait and switch. Four weeks he could not find a driver and suddenly the price went up to $700- $800. Of course they’ve got my $150. It was a terrible negative experience in this company should not be in business.

Being this was the first time, I ever had a car shipped to me from another state, I was very nervous, based on the reviews I read about several shipping companies charging outside the price quoted(driver) unbeknownst to the customer which they forced you to pay up the difference or lose your car; Sophia Johnson ensured me, there will not be an hidden fees and she delivered… The driver Jose was totally professional and down to earth which is a plus in my book as well as Sophia professionalism and honesty…. I will recommend these two for any future endeavors…
