Whatever you do, do not do business with Sonic Auto Transportation. Anthony Daniel and the entire company are con artists. They price you low and it end up costing you 3 times as much. Buyer beware.

I transported my Subaru Ascent from Portland, OR to Asheville, NC for a 2 month stay. Sonic provided a quote prior to the escalation in gas prices. As reasonably expected, once the date for pick up of my vehicle arrived, obviously, the carriers were demanding higher prices to compensate for the increase in operating costs. Christian did an excellent job negotiating with the carriers to obtain a revised quote reasonably in line with the original quote. My vehicle was picked up by the carrier in Portland at 10:30 AM PST on Monday and delivered to Asheville at 6:00 AM EST (3 AM PST) Wednesday morning. I will definitely consider using Christian and the same carrier for my trek back to Portland.

Working with Christian and Sonic auto transport has been such a great experience. Christian is very professional and trustworthy. Looking forward to continue working together.

Excellent service from start to finish. Sonic transported my car from Florida to California with zero issues, on time, and in perfect condition. The Agent, Mateo R., was very responsive whenever I had a question and made me feel comfortable with the process. Huge shoutout to the driver, Alejandro V., who was professional and communicated effectively. Highly recommend!

This was my 1st time needing to have a vehicle shipped from anywhere. I was very nervous.From New York to Alabama. Jay was very helpful and prompt with detailed messages and information. He handled getting a backup driver very quickly with no extra cost. The driver was great also. I will definitely use Jay again!

Crooks. Give you a quote then when it’s shipping day tell you the price changes. Then charge $200 to cancel. Grace is a LIAR. Do not do business with them.

Worked with Trevor. After getting screwed by another company a month ago, this one "delivered" in many ways, not just the vehicle. The process was explained well, the response time was consistent and fast, the communication all along the process outstanding. The pickup went well as did the drop-off for the people at each POC. PRICING was on point. I got lucky finding Sonic and Trevor.

Customer service was great. Communication prior and after vehicle delivery was excellent. Last minute pricing change wasn’t great. But overall good service.

James Williams of Sonic Auto Transportation recently scheduled the pickup of my vehicle from Northern California to Southern California. The first driver cancelled on the day of pickup, but James got another driver scheduled and the vehicle was then picked up and delivered as agreed. I would recommend James and Sonic Auto Transportation.
