Placed a large order from SHEIN. When package arrived it had 3 missing items totalling around £50. Contacted SHEIN and they just said they’ve checked their system and items were sent. When I challenged this they said to contact the delivery company. Of course I contacted the delivery company and they told me to contact SHEIN as my contract is with them. Awful customer service. Can’t speak to anyone and they just close the online tickets you raise. Currently I’ve been charged £50 for 3 items I did not receive. I’ve asked to raise a complaint twice now with SHEIN to be ignored and my ticket just closed. Chargeback with the bank now is my only option but be careful folks. Awful awful customer service!

Love the prices of everything, street wear is fantastic

No updates on my order since the 8th they tell me id be refunded on the 12th. Now their telling me to wait till the 13th utter cons

I vowed I wouldn’t order from them again after the last mistake but I did and things have not improved.
I ordered 2 items for my granddaughter and received 2 of the same. Not what I ordered but dealing with their customer service is a joke as it is always the customers fault. I have requested a return label as I will not be paying for postage to send the item back. Once I return the duplicate item and get my refund I am finished buying from them.

Product exactly as described and delivered promptly.

Ordered a few holiday bits. Amazing value and super quick delivery compared to when I ordered a few years ago. Only downside was a few of the items smelled quite strong of chemicals

Absolutely the worse company ive ever dealt with.
Returned items totalling over £150 and they are refusing to refund me claiming they have a smell!! I vehemently deny this and have asked multiple times what of to just get ignored and copy and paste response. I have spent about 7 hours trying to call them, online chat and social media to get nowhere snd generic replies. Can't even get my complaint escalated when I have asked multiple times. Strongly advise anyone thinking of buying from them not to as you may lose your money if you want to return anything
I have spent hundreds of pounds with them to be treated with disdain. My only option now is to go to my bank to try and get MY money back

Customer services are no existent rang for help first it just left me waiting and cut me off then just refused my call . After them contacting me on trust pilot they keep sending me the same response due to international shipping problems blah blah blah … the package was not international and the postman was stood at my front door … international shipping problems had nothing to do with it . Either someone sent me the wrong pin or the postman didn’t know how to use his equipment

Shein is fraud, it's so deceptive. They show price on screen to entice you to buy. Then once you had few items on your basket the price per item starts to increase. Shein explanation is utter rubbish that you get given some coupon. Once the value of the coupon is exceeded the discount per item is reduced.
The price of the item is as shown at the point of sale. Coupons are applied at checkout not whilst you shop.

On this experience it is awful. Not actually their fault but their responses are horrendous.
So I had a delivery, Evri delivered after 11pm. Household in bed and sadly the foxes seem to have got all/part of delivery. I can’t say I was in bed. What I can say is I found a bit of packaging (the grey shein bag) and after looking up and down my small cup-de-sac I found one of the bed sets. It was covered in fox urine. God the smell. I got gloves and black sack and threw it away. The rest of the order I have never found. There are woods behind me but they are vast. We do have a lot of problems with foxes. SHEIN nor Evri seem to want to take responsibility.
I have now requested a refund but initially I just wanted the items re sent. Such a problem that really shouldn’t be on both sides.
Update an email from shein asking for a picture of the package???
And here is my continual issue. Nobody seems to actually read or understand what has happened.,

I ordered from shein on 30 th July now 8th. August no parcel don't need it anymore as I bought elsewhere and have got what I need

I made on order at Shein GSO16C441005QX6 on February 21st
I was not able to return it and since then they have been sending me clothes that I have not ordered .
there is no one to speak and no way stop these orders coming. I have tried everthing and they are piling up Finally as a last resort I am writing this review to try and put a stop to this scam of taking my details and continually sending me clothes that I have never ordered. I sincerely hope that someone in this company read this and explains why I cant stop these deliveries and why their customer service is so poor . Items missing from package. Customer service really unhelpful and would only offer a solution whereby I blamed the courier and claimed the package was missing. It wasn't it just had items missing.
They are stealing from customers and claiming against couriers.

No refund I feel very upset by this I wil not be shopping here again

I have ordered loads from Shein recently and all the clothes have been the right size, good quality and fast delivery. The only worry I have is that I've read reports about chemicals used in the clothing and that some exceed the Uk standards and can cause skin irritation amongst other things. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

I am beyond frustrated with SHEIN's customer service. My parcel was supposedly delivered to an InPost collection point on 3rd August, but i had no confirmation email to say so. And InPost has now explicitly confirmed via email that they don't know where it is and that the parcel is missing.
Despite sending SHEIN screenshots of these emails from the courier proving the package is lost, their support team completely ignores the evidence. I have spoken to two different representatives who both just copy-pasted the exact same canned script telling me to "be patient and wait for it to be delivered." How can I wait for a delivery that the courier has admitted is lost?
SHEIN is refusing to issue a refund or send out a replacement for an item I never received. Unhelpful, automated responses and zero accountability. I have reported them to my bank. Absolutely terrible service.

Parcel containing 10 items was 'delivered' bag turned up taped up, with 3 items only in it, 2 of the items were big that were missing, sheen's customer service keep telling me they are there and to look into the corner of the bag... they are not there. I even provided the delivery picture clearly showing the bag was taped up and much smaller than it should be. They just keep telling me its all there and in the bottom of the bag... 7 ITEMS?!

Oh my goodness, they sent me some gross, used clothes and kiddo undies instead of my daughter's swimming suit! 🤮🤢 And now their customer service is telling me I have to send back those dirty clothes (which, by the way, I tossed in the trash because, ew, germs!) just for them to actually approve my refund? I have been using this platform for years and spent quite a lot of money to be treated like this?!! Absolutely disgusting and not professional 🙅🏼‍♀️


I appreciate your response, Shein; however, I've reached out to your customer service department repeatedly, and each time they've merely reiterated, like parrots, that I must return the defective merchandise to secure a refund. What an absurdity! I don't have time to go and on and on...It is fact that you dispatched soiled, pre-worn garments—a monumental blunder. Consequently, my daughter will not receive her awaited order, yet I am expected to allocate time to ship back your grimy apparel to obtain my refund? Absolutely appalling service! Zero stars from me!
