First let me say, my friend introduced me to shien, and up to know I've had no issues.
But, I ordered somethings on 29th July, the expeted date of delivery was between 6th July and 10th July. This is where the problem started I waited till the following day ( 11 August), to contact them ( well there i bots, not humans, they completely ignore anything you say , and just use words like emperthize and frustrating and please be patient]. My order arrived at the airport on 2nd August and that's it sat ever since, and thats what the tracking has said since, no new updated!! Quite clearly it's lost!! I've been given some crap about customs is experiencing high demand!! I have been asked to wait until the 17th August, no point in arguing with the bot, you get nowhere and I've tired ,believe me !!! I have said i want a full refund , but just delay tactics after delay tactics!!! They clearly just don't care. My warning to anyone who purchases from shien, is that you have a issue, you'd better of hitting your head against a wall, as there customer experience is non existent!!!

Always buy from here value for money some good quality stuff some not so great homeware has been good to

DON'T BUY FROM SHEIN MISSING ITEMS
They don't take any notice if you have issues. This is my complaint I have made and nothing was done.

I understand that your system shows the order as fully packed, but I am telling you that the item was not inside the parcel I received.
I received the package and checked all of its contents carefully. One item from my order is missing. Your packing record does not change the fact that the item was not delivered to me.
Please do not simply repeat that your system shows the item was packed. I am asking you to investigate this properly, including checking the parcel’s dispatch/packing records and recorded parcel weight if available.
I can provide photos of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and all the items I received as evidence.
Please escalate this case to a supervisor or the appropriate investigation team and arrange a refund for the missing item. I would appreciate a specific response addressing the missing item rather than another automated response.

Their response was: nothing can be done, you can complain.....

Just takes too long to deliver which is a shame

Why every time you add another item to your basket does the price of every other item increase. Something that started off at £5 has increased to almost £11 now because I’ve added more items . Surely buying more should mean the opposite ?? It’s sneaky and you end up spending much more than you think

Je commande plusieurs fois par an chez Shein, et je suis livrée à domicile par leur transporteur GOFO depuis quelques mois - Quand ils prenaient possession des colis après le vol, je recevais un formulaire demandant mes préférences de livraison avec chaque fois photos de ma boite aux lettres, ça c'était avant, depuisj'ai réussi à récupérer mon colis ds une autre rue, et la dernière fois, une voisine est venue tardivement m'apporter mon colis qu'elle avait trouvé ds une ruelle jeté par dessus une clôture - les réclamations à Shein renvoient vers le transporteur, et ils se renvoient la balle !!! pourquoi les nombreuses réclamations n'aboutissent pas ?
Je suis allée sur F.B. et j’ai lu toutes les réclamations laissées à Shein par beaucoup de clients » arnaqués » !

Shien is a very good shopping app. It has loads of great deals and offers. Although i think the shipping could be a bit cheaper with the more you spend. But in all fairness its a great app and has great prices for everyone to use. The delivery takes around a week and if there is something wrong with your purchase they will happily give you a refund.

Ganz ehrlich: Diese Qualität ist für mich kaum ernst zu nehmen. Die Kleidung fühlt sich teilweise an wie ein Plastiksack mit Nähten. Billiges Material, enttäuschende Verarbeitung und insgesamt ein Produkt, bei dem ich mich frage, warum ich dafür überhaupt Geld bezahlt habe.
Mein Kind hat ein Teil davon in der Schule getragen und wurde dafür ausgelacht. Das war natürlich nicht schön – und nach dieser Erfahrung war die Begeisterung für Shein endgültig weg.
Für mich sieht vieles einfach nach Massenware ohne Liebe zum Detail aus. Die Sachen wirken billig, fühlen sich billig an und hinterlassen bei mir genau den Eindruck: Hauptsache schnell produziert und verkauft, Qualität offenbar zweitrangig.
Ich habe selten so wenig Lust gehabt, ein gekauftes Kleidungsstück überhaupt noch anzuziehen. Für mich ist das eher Plastik mit Etikett als vernünftige Kleidung.
Fazit enttäuschende Qualität, billiges Gefühl und für mich absolut kein überzeugendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Iv spent alot of money with Shein, i order alot. I sent back a return, i have proof the reciept from inpost, they have lost the parcel and wont refund.

Ever since my sister told me that SHEIN did plus size back in 2023 I have done so many orders. Im absolutely obsessed with SHEIN. I love the fact they do more fashionable clothes for us plus size women, and the prices are very good and sometimes I can’t say no and get carried away and from what turns into a small order ends up being a big order 😂 I have ordered all sorts from house items to makeup, to phone cases etc. There has been a few items a bit hit or miss but overall I have been very pleased with my orders with SHEIN. I also have saved several ££ due to leaving product reviews and gaining several points which is a bonus! Delivery can vary from 4 days to 2 weeks but it’s well worth the wait and everytime I have an order delivered it’s like Christmas lol. I love SHEIN and would highly recommend this brand. Thank you 🤩

I purchase from Shein regularly, do not have any complaints, if I don't like an item, no problems with returns and refunds.

Terrible experience. Been a customer for a couple of years and was really happy. This is the third time the delivery drivers have not knocked my door but left my parcel outside to be stolen. At the moment Shein is refusing to refund me saying I need to get proof from the delivery driver that they lost it.

Horrible customer service - don’t buy from them if your want your stuff being normal quality and delivered on time

I have ordered from Shein a few times. Quality is hit and miss, but have always been able to return items if not up to standard. On my last order, I had to return a few items - all were packaged as received, in individual polythene bags together in one parcel. A few days later I had an email saying one item wouldn't be refunded as 'the order does not match items recieved' with no further explanation. I knew this to be false. Shein now had the returned clothes plus my money. After 2 days of emails, and then submitting proof of return, they finally refunded all my items. It was difficult liaising with customer service - i think it was a robot. I will no longer order from Shein and have deleted the app, not worth the hassle.

Ordered some summer dresses,blouses,tops and few other bits hand held fan etc,have to say first time ordering and im really impressed clothes were a true fit and material decent,really nice clothing and no smells,delivery was on time would definitely order again.

Failed again again failed to send me my order to a specific parcel shop was told it was not ordered at that address but I sent it to a post office they need to sack evri from operations of their parcel to customers both useless businesses zero out of 5 stars for both .

Lies lies lies discounted items not existant delivery weeks of waiting when it says delivery 3 working days after selecting urgent order money off if late delivery never, put things in your basket goes up not the price of item you choose. when sending things back basket price not refunded the discounted item that you chose and went up in your basket order from these. Customer service rubbish

Bought a push button sink plug, doesn’t work, absolute trash, cheap plastic, rubber seal insufficient, water left sink within a very short time. Purchased via eBay.
