Worst bra I have ever bought, doesn’t fit properly, and within a few weeks the shape is completely distorted and the wire is already poking out. Have sent an email and followed up and no response for over a week even though it says a response in 48hrs. Don’t buy from them, complete rip off.

I ordered the special of two bras and I hate them. They don’t fit right at all I’m bulging out all over. They don’t have an option to return and only offered me a 20% off my next order. I will NOT order EVER again and I recommended that no one does. Not to mention I have been emailing back and forth for over a week now. So now I’m stuck with Brad I HATE.

If I could give a 0. I would. Do not waste your time or money. No options for return. The cup size is so wrong. I bought the special of 3 for 57$. It doesn't fit. I'm bulging in every possible direction. So upset. Who are these people? I tried reaching customer service with NO response at ALL!!! SCAMMMMMMMER! We the people need to bring a class action Lawsuit for their crappy material and false advertising. They need to be stopped!

I fell for the ad and purchased 2 bras. I was charged for both right away and only received one. I got an email from "Sarah" stating that she noticed I hadn't gotten my full order and offered a 20% off my second order, with contact info to reach out if I didn't get my second bra in the next 7 days. After another 7 days passed, I reached out and waited for a response. Only to be told the both were delivered!
Dont waste your money, time or energy. Its a scam

HORRIBLE! Waste of money! If I was able to pick 0 stars I would. I ordered 1 bra, size 38DD, to try it out. When I received it, instantly I realized it was made of cheap material, the cup size looked 2 sizes smaller, and instantly came to the conclusion I was scammed. I went ahead and tried it on for the hell of it, and my assumptions were valid! After contacting their customer service via email, they said the only way I would get a refund upon my return was if the item was damaged or faulty. Well, the size that was sent to me was in fact smaller than a 38DD, so I would consider that faulty. Unfortunately, the battle of a refund was lost! Plus, their customer service rep is computer generated, so there was no reason to continue to communicate with something that had no reasoning, ethics, and morals. Also, there is no way I would pay anymore money in shipping fees to return the item and pay even more shipping fees for them to send a bigger size knowing it still wouldn't fit. It's just sad that quality and care are both things of the past!

The customer service is horrible. I ordered 2 bras and they didn’t fit, customer service said they didn’t give refunds. Your website clearly says you do. The. They offered to give me a different size and I said no. They then suggested I give them to someone less fortunate. They are obviously living in a different time for some not to want their money back if something don’t fit.

I ordered 2 bras. One bra that arrived was the wrong size. They wouldn't let me exchange it and would not refund me. They said I ordered that size and forwarded a fake copy of an invoice. I check these things 2 and 3 times before I hit the send button. I suggest that everyone take screenshots of invoices to any company in the future. .Shapedly is a complete scam.

Not impressed at all90 bucks later. The order wasn't on time as promised. I reached out to the company and miraculous the order showed up 3 days later. The material is cheaply made. I was going to return but in their policy it says only store credit..why would I want another garment I'm already not impressed with. Take your money somewhere else.

Terrible decision. The fit was completely different that expected so I asked for a return/refund because it wasn’t fitting good. After 5 emails that started out YES you can get a refund after sending pics of the bras to make sure they were unused and in original packaging they ended with NO. The refund is only allowed if it’s damaged. Worst mistake I ever made and the customer service is horrendous. DO NOT BUY

This company is a complete SCAM. Do not purchase anything from them. The “shapewear” I ordered is so thin that it is seethrough and provides zero support. The bra is the worst bra I’ve ever owned. Incredibly ill fitting and uncomfortable, the band curls around the bottom and it’s completely unwearable. Took over 2 weeks to receive my items. When trying to return the items, customer support is completely silent. Zero emails back from them and there no number to call and speak to a person. I’m out a lot of money with a product I can’t use. So disappointing and gross feeling to be scammed like this.

I ordered a 34H the bras DO NOT hold the boobies in the bras there are spillage so have to readjust the boobs at times sadly, but the bra does work wonderfully with NO back rolls. Supports the back not so much the boobs. The bra size is pretty accurate no issues with the sizing.

I ordered two bras and they do not fit at all. I immediately tried to start the return process and at this point I’m about to give up. I was getting the runaround, like getting asked to send pictures. This is not necessary, they are just stalling. Now that I sent pictures I can’t get a response. It’s been a couple of weeks since I started the process of trying to make a return and I’ve not gotten one step closer. This is nothing but a scam.

If I could give them negative numbers I would. I received my order wrong size. No refund so I agreed to an exchange. I sent them back the bras. I paid for shipping and now they want me to pay for them to ship the new ones. I've given them enough money. It has been over 4 months. Do not trust this company!!!!!!!!!

This is a scam. I am convinced. Its been 3 months and no packaged arrived. I log calls and all I get is a response that says they will pick up my ticket.

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered two bras, they don't fit and are poorly made. All you can do is email a generic address to "start a return". I emailed back and forth for over a month, I sent them pictures of the product. One wasn't even opened. I finally got some "resolution", they started they would not do anything as the items were delivered and undamaged and offered me 20% off my next order. Do NOT give these people your money. This is a trash company.

I ordered 4 bras (3 regular and 1 strapless). They did not fit correctly and I attempted to return. Their policy is NO RETURNS. The strapless was not even the size that I had ordered. They wanted to give me a discount on another order... Really? They were really polite in their emails, but that didn't help that I had $80 of worthless bras!

Super bummed about these bras. They look like torpedo bras from the 50’s I don’t k ow any woman who wants that. I opened them and within 10 minutes of receiving the package emailed for a refund. I received a reply saying “we sent the correct size we don’t offer refunds”

Never got my order! Please don’t waste your money

I ordered 10/14, received it 11/01. The return policy is 14 days.

The band fits perfect but the cup size is WAY off, it’s far too large. I submitted an inquiry on 11/02 asking to initiate a return. A response was not received. A follow up requesting a response was sent and then I got a response. Long story short they gave me 20% my next order and I cant return it because it isn't damaged. The 14 day policy makes it impossible to return because it wasn't received get it until that time had lapsed.

If you like to wait forever then this is your company. It has been over 2 weeks and the tracking they provided says they still haven't even received the items to ship!
