Let me start this off by saying DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I will not out right call them a scam but that is what it feels like. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to get my money back for a purchase that I never received and they just told me that they are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Not to mention this process has been going on for TWO WEEKS!! TWO WEEKS!!! it was just last week that I got my bank involved but I wanted to give Shapdely customer service a chance to resolve it but it took too long. Just about every company has insurance on items so that there is some sort of protection for the customer and Shapdely does not have that. I believe this company is based in china so also prepare yourself that customer service to take 2 business days and sometimes 4 business days to get back to you because that's how long it took for them to get back to me. To also try to get compensation for the items they have stated that they will reship the items again but you will be charged for a shipping fee. In my eyes that does not make sense because why would I be charged for something that was not my fault. I have provided them my address yet they stated that they left my package by the mailboxes which is out to the public, so it is their carriers fault for not making it a point to deliver my package to MY address. Right now I am having a hard time adding a review to their site and if anyone knows how to add a review to their site please let me know because the 4.7 that they have does not match up with the horrific experience I just had. Due to them not being responsible for lost or stolen packages I lost $52 with Shapely. Luckily my bank was able to credit me the money but I will be forwarding the emails that shapedly has sent to me regarding them not refunding me my money. So again I tell you all please do not order here because if you end up in the same situation as me you will not get your money back and you will have to count your money lost at that point. I went by the reviews on their site but that is making me believe that some of those reviews are bots. Please be careful with these starter companies they do not protect their customers even after you have put your trust in them. I really hope many of you all see my review because I really wouldn't want you all to go through what I went through with them and this is not the economy to be losing money in. just take my advice and save your money.

I haven’t received the item yet, but I initially ordered the wrong size and although I could not return it, shapely offered a great solution so I’m looking forward to trying out the product once it arrive

1st Review, 2/26/26: Bras XXL per Shapedly’s sizing chart, are definitely not accurate. No,paperwork was included with the packaging. I was impressed by a email from Lisa, who “noticed that my order had not yet been delivered and offered me a discount on another item”. The 3 bras were delivered the next day, and it was very visibly obvious that they were WAY too small. Customer service response was initially excellent, then…several emails, and photos later, became nonexistent. I cannot recommend this company. We’ll see how long it takes to get a return label and refund.
Update 3/5/26: After reading many more reviews about this company, Shapedly, I believe this is pretty much a ‘bait and switch’ game. They sent, per their sizing chart, XXL bras, which, when received I measured at 26” around. Their ‘quick and easy’ return policy is narrow to the point of nonexistent. Now they want to send me my “correct size” for an additional shipping fee. I have notified PayPal about this company. I absolutely cannot recommend them.

I did not care for the rubbery texture of this bra. I ordered my regular size, and it was very small. I assumed they would exchange it but was told that if it wasn’t DAMAGED, they would not give money back. Very poor business tactic! They did offer an exchange if postage was paid for the return and the new shipment plus another charge. I just don’t trust them! If you want a great bra with excellent customer service, try Body&Bra.

I received my Shapedly bras. I was disappointed that the size did not match with the chart. They were too small. The other factor in my final decision was the fabric of the bra. I was not impressed. On February 17 & 19, I emailed the company and requested a refund. I just keep getting a runaround to exchange the bras. They could fit me with the right side. I DO NOT want the right size, as I DO NOT like the fabric of the bras. I am entitled to a refund.

They size was too small. They refused to exchange it. Said I bought it on sale. Also, the sale promotion advertised on social media was false.

I look great in the shape wear. I had one that did not fit. They sent me 2 more and all i had to pay was the shipping cost. I was apprehensive at first but it was in the contract. They were really nice in explaining everything to me so that I could understand. Great customer service.

So far so good with product experience

The bras are smaller then what they should be. The company doesn't not do returns, exchanges or refunds. Customer service will not help in anyway to find a solution except for asking you to spend more on bras you don't want.

The bra is not as advertised. It is flimsy and not supportive. This company does not offer refunds. They offer replacementments but who wants a replacement for a poorly made product.Beware.

I would rate the product big ZERO if it's available!
I was scammed! I tried to return the bras as the material is VERY thin and does not offer support at all! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED that they won't allow returns.

This is the reply I got from customer service when I asked for a refund.

"I understand your disappointment with the material and the support it offers.
We don't offer refunds for issues related to the perceived support or material thickness, as these are subjective. However, if you'd like to try a different size that might offer more compression, we can arrange a reshipment for a fee."
I want a full refund and not a replacement of another inferior product.

LOVE this company!!! I ordered the wrong size and the company was not only quick to respond, but they were willing to work with for a reasonable solution. I love the feel (quality) of my shape wear and feel confident that it will last a very long time. I also feel more confident as it really does hide my extra tummy rolls, back fat and lifts my bottom! And lost importantly…. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day.. no restricted feeling or feeling like my insides are being rearranged :).

There measurements are way off. Much smaller than needed. I tried to return my 3 bras bought online to be told no return unless faulty. I can't even exchange for bigger size. Such a waste of money. Don't get scammed. For a global company they offer no customer support.
