Would never recommend this company. Took ages for delivery and the sizing was all wrong. They refused to accept a return so now I am going to give them to the Salvation Army. Amazon accepts returns. This company is pathetic and has no concept of customer service.

I got a change to try a new product.

I received the faja late then when I open it, it had a strong chemical smell. I emailed them for a few days straight. Then the response they gave me was they can give me an exchange because it came fine and to give them money for shipping. I could swear that damage falls into a chemical smell..who would put that on their body. It has all its original everything, did not wear it at all..and they will not give me my money back..they are the worse..I would never shop here again.. the better options are shapellx abd shaperx..I should have stayed with them. Plus these people aren't even BBB accredited. I have been emailing these people to even tell them my problem and they do not respond. Don't waste your money in this mess.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I was measured by a reputable lingerie retailer and ordered my size based on Shapedly’s sizing chart. The bras I received were at least 2 sizes too small and arrived long after the promise date. I didn’t receive the colours I ordered either. I reached out to customer service and was told I could not return because the items were not damaged but I was offered the opportunity to get new sizes shipped to me at MY COST! The product is crap! The service is terrible. The only reason I have 1 star was because that was the only way I could leave this review.

Cost and ease of ordering

Customer service gets 0 starts bought the 2 bras for $28.99 even supplied them with screen shots and never got an actual answer. Their exchange / refund policy is a joke their sizing chart was wrong so I can pay postage and get an exchange but they did not address the false advertising at all. I gave up as a bad joke and will never waste my money again.

Product is cheap feeling and cups small. I bought as per their sizing guide and it was so big around the back I could put it on like a shirt and so small in the cup I spilled over.

False advertising, terrible customer service and cheap product

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their sizes are ridiculous. I ordered 3 medium sized bras. They were so tiny. They were the size of a trainer bra!!! I contacted Shapedly and their policy SUCKS they know they sell crap so no returns. I actually fell for paying postage for a larger size. XL. They were small too. DO NOT buy from this scam of a company.

Feel scammed! Bras don’t fit according to their size chart (didn’t for me) Customer support explains how Shapedly’s “policy” is only exchange or refund if there is damage or the item is faulty. You cannot exchange for a different size or a different style, they offer a store credit as goodwill. How are they allowed to do this? If garment doesn’t fit you’ve wasted your money! Bra packaging has no size a complete scam

If I could give Zero I would. DO NOT BUY. I sized up and it was like wearing something 3 sizes too small. Total waste of money. Their bad quality and they refused to refund or replace. Even sizing up they were so so bad. I really think that the reviews are fake for anything above 2 stars.

It was the visible reviews for me I enjoyed every moment where it blew their minds as they put on their Shapedly faja and they became overjoyed because of what you all created, something that gave us our confidence and I'm so appreciative

Their bra sizes run small. I needed a DDD cup and theirs was clearly for a regular D cup. I've never had that issue with other DDD bras and this one made mine feel like it was too small. I ordered another one and never received it (that could have been a stolen in this case). False advertising. Cheap material. Shitty postal service they're working with. I won't recommend this to any of my friends.

Temu like quality, besides took one month and one week to get to my place, that 7 days period promised is not tru, gel support is not true either, it is a regular 3 x 10 dollar regular sport bra. and you can not return it unless it is damaged, and since product is not damaged you return policy does not apply. Even though it is not what was offered

Ordered the viral jelly bra. Such bad quality. It feels like it’s made from scraps. Waste of money
