Wouldn’t even give it 1 star.
Ordered via Amazon 3 weeks ago keep changing delivery dates. Wouldn’t use this shipping company

Een maand lang op mijn bestelling gewacht. Dagelijks melding "uit voor bezorging" bezorgen om 20.00 uur. Nog steeds niets bezorgd. Hopelijk kan ik mijn geld nog terug krijgen.

I dont understand the bad reviews. I'm glad I didn't read them before I ordered. My item was delivered before the ldate given. Ok yes they didn't really keep me informed of the delivery progress, but still got it early. Can't fault. Thank you for my speedy delivery, I love my item.

AVOID! Customer service obviously can't understand or communicate in English. They charged VAT and a frigging £10 handling fee for gifts under £39. They have no idea what they are doing and it's like speaking to a wall when you have problems with them. Good luck if you are waiting for your parcels.

Gotta love how they mark a package as signed for and delivered when literally nothing was delivered, and no delivery attempt was ever made. I love how they magically marked it as delivered when it was lost in California for 6 days. Magically overnight it moves from in customs to delivered from West coast to East Coast a physically impossibility. And is delivered on Sunday in the middle of the night or early morning except it never was. No GPS, no proof of delivery. I'm out 40 dollars and i don't have my Japanese Kiki's Delivery Service Blu Ray.

Über Amazon bestellt, angeblich Adresse nicht gefunden, mehrere Zustellversuche... keine Kontaktmöglichkeit, jetzt ging das Paket wieder zurück. Das geht gar nicht. Der letzte Saftladen, auf der Trackingseite nur Chinesisch, nicht mal Englisch wird angeboten. Ich hoffe ich habe mit dem Saftladen nie wieder was zu tun.

Es wird wiederholt geschrieben, dass man unsere Adresse nicht finde. Doch wir sind seit bald 40 Jahren in diesem/eigenen Hause und alle anderen finden es. nur SFexpress nicht. Die Website zum Tracken ist auch ein Witz. Alles in Mandarin. Gespannt ob wir unser Geld via Amazon wieder kriegen....

Annonce 4 jours de suite "livraison avant 20h" et ne livre pas. Puis le jour de la livraison, alors que je suis présent, le livreur ne sonne pas, introduit en forçant, un paquet de plus de 50 cm dans la boîte aux lettres en dommageant ainsi le produit devenu inutilisable. Nul!!!

Il pacco non arriva continuo a contattare il venditore cinese che continua a rispondermi di andare in giro per gli uffici postali per trovare il pacco in deposito.
Nessun corriere ha provato a contattarmi e il venditore sostiene che sia io a non essere rintracciabile quando ho fornito i recapiti per essere contattata. Uno schifo.

They expect somebody to be at home when deliver on a week day without prior notice. Customer service is extremely unprofessional, not responsive when delivery was failed. Never use it again.

My hotel in Hong Kong (Stanford Hillview) got them to pick up my lost phone in Guanzhou railway station, because the lost and found were to slow to deliver. They delivered in in one day. If it took them four more hours I would have had to buy a new phone, because me and my friend had a flight back to Denmark to get to.

Mein Paket kam über China, Belgien, Deutschland innerhalb von 10 Tagen an.
( das letzte Paket aus China kam in Frankfurt an und lag dort 20 Tage beim zoll)
Von daher absolut nichts zu meckern.
Das einzige was mich gestört hat : ich bekam eine sms mit einem link. ich sollte meine Gebühren per Kreditkarte zahlen. Unter Angabe von Adresse Telefonnummer Kreditkartendaten.
Habe ich nicht gemacht. Paket kam trotzdem.
Mal schauen ob sie jetzt ne Rechnung schicken?

Staat bezorgd om 03.00u ‘s nachts en tegelijkertijd dat het niet geleverd kan worden. Nu is pakket 3SINSR001847384 retour terwijl PostNL ‘s nachts niet eens bezorgd! Ik wil mijn pakketje want ik heb het hard nodig!

Item arrived in Singapore on 22/12/23 but was not out for delivery until 28/12/24. However, it was still not delivered as at 11pm, 28/12/23. This is the 3rd time that I did not receive my order within the specific delivery time frame. Stop buying from Amazon Singapore for using such a lousy courier.

Veramente uno schifo. L'indirizzo è giusto dice che non possono consegnare perché l'indirizzo è sbagliato. Nessuno sa nulla del pacco. E una vergogna. Sono sempre arrivati altri corrieri.
