Davvero delusa, non riescono a consegnare il pacco perché “l’indirizzo non esiste” ovviamente esiste e altri corrieri hanno sempre consegnato.
Nel momento in cui provo a contattarli non rispondono. ASSURDO
Se qualcuno sa come contattarli mi faccia sapere, io non so come devo fare visto che mi serve il pacco.

Pessimi! Ordine effettuato a novembre mai arrivato nonostante risulta consegnato a qualche altro come dichiarato dallo stesso venditore su Amazon!

Wacht al weken op een pakje wat nog steeds NIET bezorgd lijkt te worden. Erg slecht bedrijf die of niet echt zijn of te lui om hun werk gped te doen. 1 ster is nog te veel.

Desde un principio se ve que es una estafa por el modo de tracking que dan. Ya que mi operador postal dice que hay reglas de los tracking como que empiezan con dos letras seguidos de 9 números y al final dos letras del país.

Mein Paket kam innerhalb von 13 Tagen in Deutschland an und das unversehrt. Hatte hier nach den ganzen Bewertungen erstmal ein mulmiges Gefühl, aber zum Glück zu Unrecht.

Kleiner Tipp: Das Tracken des Paketes funktioniert nicht richtig und zeigt oft falsche Meldungen an. Mein Paket war auch angeblich schon nach 11 Tagen zugestellt, kam aber erst nach 13 Tagen an. Also Ruhe bewahren und keinen Herzinfarkt bekommen, das Paket kommt einfach nur etwas später.

Terrible service, overcharged fees.

Asked to deliver the luggage to HGK airport. The lady at the counter told us to indicate the “approximate” time we would be taking our luggage, and she explicitly mentioned that “it would not matter to be there exactly at that time, just indicatively”. Nonetheless we said 19pm, arrived to take the luggage at 19pm, had to wait a couple of minutes because of people in line ahead of us. But MR Wallace Lee was inflexible at the counter, “you have to pay 1 hour extra, you are 3 minutes late”. No matter we tried to explain what his colleague told us when we deposited the luggage initially, nor the fact that we arrived on time, but had to wait there for other people before us. “This is what you SIGNED, it says 7:00 pm, now it’s 7:03pm, have to pay a full extra hour”. Sounded like an “AI” powered robot speaking. I am not kidding, this is literally what we’ve been told, and certainly it did not feel very kind nor “human”.

Attenti a fare acquisti con aziende che utilizzano questo corriere...la merce non ti arriva e poi va anche smarrita. Comprato su amazon e amazon se ne lava le mani dicendo che questa è un'azienda esterna a loro...è allora? A me non importa io ho comprato su Amazon e amazon ne è responsabile...selezionatevi con cura le aziende esterne

Colis arrivé en france bien sur apres avoir payer les douanes et adresse pas complete ou introuvable donc pas de colis et impossible de savoir la societée de livraison en France pourtant mon mail et numero de telephone sont sur le colis.Vraimant a fuire !!!!

Ordered item via Amazon, shipping keeps getting delayed. Earlier this week tracking noted item would be delivered yesterday and nothing arrived. Tracking history says 'package has left facility' every day for almost a week. No one at SF Express/Australia answering the phones, recorded message on loop to say all agents are busy. Amazon needs to ban sellers using this shipping company!
