Devo ancora ricevere il pacco da una settimana!

Ordinato un vestito il 29 gennaio con consegna tra il 2 e il 5 febbraio ,a oggi 12 febbraio del mio vestito non so nulla a parte che l' hanno in consegna loro mi sono recata alle poste ma nemmeno loro sanno rintracciarlo e dirmi che fine ha fatto , assistenza solo cinese alla fine ho fatto richiesta di rimborso.

Colis non reçu alors que leur site écrit que le colis a été livré. C’est la première fois que j’entends parler de cette boîte (sf express) j’espère que ce sera la dernière fois.

I've been waiting for over a month and still don't have my shipment. They said they couldn't find my address but you would think they would have called and asked for help. Never use them again.

this is 2nd time I was to receive something thru sf express but was misplaced in Kansas city they don't care said to contact seller not their problem.

First of all us in NA can’t make an account and they’re not updated like I keep checking the tracker and there is no update to my parcel like fix this Chinese ass app idk why other brands use this for tracking like they should ban this thing.

This company sucks!!
They keep and leave my package almost on the road!!! For anyone to grab it anytime they like to,plus it rained one day and that package was soaked!!I was so mad!!!
When they get out their car/ truck they need to do a few extra step and leave it on people porch !!! How hard is that??? Please do your job right,we have older family members and kids counting on our delivery people.

Ordered a product that was going to be here in 7 days lasted 3 weeks they suck totally suck

unfriendly use. Use at your own risk. Delivery is made without your consent in order to pay customs taxes. Additionally, there was no notation in the tracking log that your package had been stopped for taxes. In order to pay the GST tax, the delivery man arrived with a brief message and a photo attached. You won't receive your package if you don't pay. Since they never told you about the tax before they declared, it was too late to request a change of consignee, since i asked for change consignee due to the parcel it was for myself also family and friend. So we for easy receive, we put all in 1 consignee under my name.
When you ask, who will pay the taxes? If nobody pay the tax, they can only handle you by asking the sender to pay the tax or returning the package to the sender.
This also is my 1st and Last use of this courier service. Thanks

This company should be called 🐌 snail and not express. My parcel, which is a Christmas present, arrived in Ireland on 13th Dec and sits on some shelf or truck but its not being delivered to me. Warning: do not use them. So disappointed 😞

Parcel ordered beginning of december from week already stuck in Belgium and just staying there and nothing happen supposed to be christmas present now I dont think so will be there in Uk on time

Amazon allegedly a costumer centric company till it's turned over to SF Logistics. Once SF Logistics is responsible for delivery you are screwed.

SF International collected freight for me in China, arrived in Sydney OK, then they handed it over to Australia Post. SF International get a "Fail, D-" for choosing the worst freight business in Australia to deliver the last mile. There is no sign of my parts and no one at Australia Post gives a shit, could not care less. Worse, try to contact SF International, impossible- and they marked the parts as delivered when the handed the parts to Australia Post. SF International, if you choose losers as part of your team, you become a loser. Not happy, lousy service. To potential customers, use anyone else.

Wish I could give 0 stars. My package has supposed of been in Ohio for seven days, before that it was in jersey for 6. I don't think it will come by Christmas at this point😡

Have buy with Amazon many weeks ago a gift for my husband 65 birthday but SF express don't deliver and each day they make the promise next day deliver. How many weeks must i stay home before they would delivered the package. The services from this Company is -10000000 it's crap

Kein Paket erhalten - täglich wird eine angebliche Lieferung angekündigt die dann aber nicht erfolgt da die Adresse nicht gefunden werden kann !
Davon kann man nur abraten !
