Sendungsverfolgung ist ein schlechter Witz zig Versuche bis dort stand Adresse nicht auffindbar (10 J. wohnhaft, Parkplätze vorhanden, Nebenstraße) Paket
liegt zur Abholung bereit. Sauer aber höflich beim Verkäufer

keiner war und wir nicht wissen bei welchem Unternehmen abgeholt werden muss ohne tracking Angabe. Lapidare Antwort vom Verkäufer, sorry Paket geht
retour, wir erstatten den Kaufbetrag. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Paket zudem in Deutschland 7 x an andere Paketdienste zur Zustellung übertragen wodurch 7 Werktage Verzögerung entstanden.... einfach unseriös!
SF Express is almost a scam company
I purchased some items from Amazon Japan which didn’t arrive and are apparently lost. There is no customer service at SF and the tracking data is cryptic at best and maybe not even real.
Amazon Japan agreed that the package was probably lost and is shipping replacement items. They have also honored a request to ship via DHL and not a crappy shipper like SF.

They lied about package having invalid address
My package said it was out for delivery in my area. Then it said that my address was incorrect and I had to pick it up but there was no address as to where to pick it up. Then literally 1hr later it said that because I didn't pick it up, they were sending it back to the sender. I ended up needing to ask for a refund from the seller cause they sent the package back.

Was given a time slot for delivery
Was given a time slot for delivery, never arrived. Checked tracking and rescheduled for next day. They rescheduled 6 times before I (finally received my package), I tried to call the number of the courier who had my package 4 times but was never answered. It would have been quicker if I picked it up myself! Terrible courier company & non-existent customer service, avoid at all costs!

Questa azienda è una truffa. Il pacco risulta consegnato ma non è mai arrivato. Inutile altri commenti. Ovviamente dalla Cina nessun commento in merito se non di chiamare le Poste Italiane, che ovviamente non ne sanno nulla. Vergogna. Del mio gruppo di amici siamo già in 3 nella stessa situazione. Ps. Anche Amazon se ne lava le mani.

this worst shipping company outside China, my shipment reaches my country and from 6 days no updates, even I get updates same words nothing changes, sellers in China used it because it's very cheap express company, really its trash not worth to ship on it guys.

I ordered shoes but accidentally saw my zip code was for the town next to mine. I DID have my phone number attached to the shipping bill. They didn't even try to call. Since it was my fault for not confirming the zip, I let is pass and ordered another pair. Correct info, correct phone number, never got the package. Horrible company . . .

I ordered a top from AeUk on the 16th Jan they were meant to deliver it which they failed to do so. When I tried to enquire whether this had been delivered in February ( no item was recoved) I escalated the incident further but has yet thebitem has not been delivered.
The company is imo ineffective.

Item stayed in Exeter for 2 days.then said its delivered .11pm yesterday ,said its in Exeter Airport. But today it said delivered yesterday at 11am ?? Guess they can go back intime.

Not helpful with 3 different numbers, all chat only, no communication with customer at all... poor procedure, even just asking question like where is the address to pickup, the answer was have complete the payment yet? Girls, we are not just randomly to show up and pick the things by ourself because we also have procedure to follows, so please enlighten me with more useful information next time.... and final, maybe we won't recommending this to others because you will waste your time with chatting only.

sto aspettando un pacco che risulta fare avanti indietro fra Milano e Shenzen alla velocità della luce (meno di 8 ore). non riesco ad avere informazioni da nessuna parte ed è passato quasi un mese..........ho cercato di scoprire chi è il loro corrispondente in Italia ma non ho avuto risposte.

My experience makes me disappointment to SF express delivery.
My delivery option is cash on delivery, but driver message me to make payment before received the goods. Driver delays the delivery without any notice and give me the reason is waiting my payment. For cash on delivery is a type of transaction where the recipient pays for a good at the time of delivery rather than using credit. Then the delay delivery reason remark in system is customer did not make related payment. I have no intention of not paying, but how can customer make payment before customer received the goods as the delivery option is COD.
