Parcel from KEX express was collected by courier personnel on 18 October.

Delivery never arrived. Remarks saying already contacted me for delivery at another appointed date.

This is not true. I was never contacted. I was at home waiting the whole day.

It was raining heavily on 18 October starting from 1.00-4.00 pm.

If the rain deterred the delivery. I fully understand if only I get the call to explain the delay. But I didn't get any calls at all.

Then it's stated that I have been contacted agreeing on another date of delivery

This is total bullshit.

Buongiorno cari lettori , devo spezzare una lancia a favore di questa ditta di spedizioni cinese, veramente molto bravi nelle spedizioni di articoli anche difficili da spedire . Io ho spedito delle cose in cina e altri paesi europei e sono sempre arrivati con dei tempi giusti . Puo' essere che una spedizione arrivi con qualche giorni di ritardo ma problemi dello sdoganameno .. ma loro si fanno in 4 pur di far ricevere la merce in tempo . Consiglioa tutti di provare a far spedizioni qui in questo posto ... inoltre prezzi molto economici confronto ad altri.

J'ai bien reçu mon colis en une semaine top chrono ! La forme était juste étrange car bossu. Mais la sécurité est très élevé et assez efficace vu que je n'arrive moi même pas à l'ouvrir correctement, faut voir le nombre de rouleau de scotch utilisé pour un seul colis.

Für mich sind das Betrüger. In der Sendeverfolgung wurde meine Bestellung als zugestellt vermerkt, allerdings ist sie nie eingetroffen. Alle Versuche zu reklamieren bleiben unbeantwortet. Daraufhin habe ich bei Amazon nachgeforscht und mir ist ein paar Verkäuferbewertungen angesehen. Ich habe einen Händler namens Qingyak. Er erhielt mit 74% nur einen Stern. Jeder kann daraus nun seine eigenen Schlüsse ziehen.

Commande passée le 23 août sur Amazon, colis toujours pas arrivé le 20 septembre. Suivi bloqué au 04 septembre et ensuite plus rien.

Non ho ricevuto nessun pacco e mi ritrovo pienamente con le esperienze descritte nelle recensioni, i tempi sono stati lunghissimi e dopo tanta attesa non è arrivato nulla. Inoltre non si capisce bene come contattare il corriere in quanto tutto è in lingua cinese. Esperienza pessima mai avuta prima, mai più.

SF Express employed this violent and dangerous deliveryman, James, who not only wrongly delivered multiple packages, but was also rude and aggressive toward my girlfriend while she was alone at home.

I would NOT TRUST SF Express with my packages with this deliveryman continuing to endanger customers. If you want to ensure that you actually get the package you paid for, without the risk of a dangerous deliveryman at your door, then don’t choose SF Express.

Extremely fast delivery and smooth handover to other delivery agents outside of china. I am very satisfied with SF INTERNATIONAL delivery services.

Worst delivery company ever!!!!!! Says is out for delivery never received it then after 2h shows returned 🙄a joke.

No Good... Seriously they are useless.. Once the parcel gets to the U.K it all go's belly up.. Tracking details slow and limited.. Mostly saying in transit.. with no details of from where to where.. and then out of the blue.. it's out for delivery.. WITH EVRI !!!!!! and NO options to redirect.. NO idea of what sort of time or anything useful.. Some how S.F Express have manage make Evri worse than they were without them..

During the month (July), I’ve ordered 8 books under two different orders with Amazon The books are shipped by 5 different shipments (different Amazon stores across the States).

Three different shipping companies are used. DHL, ECMS, and SF (of the three shipping companies, I prefer best SF, followed by ECMS, and DHL the least).

In regard to the shipment with SF, I have to wait for only 7 days to safely receive shipments from both California (via LAX) and New York (via JFK). Very efficient.

Tracking was provided (via Amazon e-mail – your order confirmation e-mail). You may also check for the tracking on the respective shipping companies’ websites. The progress are very much up-to-date. You’ll always know where your parcel is at all times, until after it reaches your doorstep.

Once the package was delivered (at the address), the delivery person will send a photo of the parcel delivered to your house (to the number that provide with the shipping address). You may call the delivery man to give specific instruction(s) on how the package should be delivered.

Terrible Experience with SF-Express – Avoid at All Costs!

I shipped a large stock of products with SF-Express in February to be delivered to Uganda. It’s now July and I still haven’t received my shipment.

In March, they claimed that the goods had already arrived and were waiting for customs clearance. I paid all the required customs fees, but after that, they completely stopped responding to my messages and emails. I’ve been chasing them for months with no real answers or updates.

This company is unprofessional and dishonest. They lie about delivery progress, take your money, and disappear when you need support. I trusted them with a big order, and now I regret it deeply.

I’m writing this review to warn others. Please think twice before doing business with SF-Express, especially if you are shipping internationally or to Africa. My experience has been a complete nightmare.

Ho acquistato un telo di copertura auto dalla Cina che mi è stato spedito tramite SFExpress. Il pacco mi è arrivato ben cinque giorni prima della data minima prevista, in perfette condizioni. Quando, dopo l'acquisto, ho letto alcune recensioni, mi è venuto il panico. Forse ho avuto c..o (fortuna), ma bisogna sempre prendere con le pinze quanto qualcuno scrive.

My order was shipped on June 6th and has still not arrived. There is no way to contact this company as their site and support chat is in Chinese. I would not recommend using this company if you want to receive your order.

Bei mir lief mit meiner Bestellung alles gut. Am 16.06 wurde meine Bestellung versendet und am 19.06. war sie schon per Flug in Belgien. Auch die Sendungsverfolgung war recht gut. Man konnte die genaue Abflugszeit des Fliegers sehen und ebenso wann die Maschine gelandet ist. Der Rest läuft über die Deutsche Post und die brauchen mal wieder länger als eine Sendung von China nach Deutschland. Aber der Service von SF Express war sehr gut

I originally left a low star negative review on Trustpilot for SF Express courier service from China to the UK after I'd purchased some items off Amazon Haul for the first time recently. This was due to two days tracking, vanishing of the parcels progress once it had arrived in the UK.

But it appeared again several hours after I left my original review & the parcels had indeed arrived at my local cities delivery hub & was ready to then be taken to my local delivery depot to be delivered to my address.

Then today they have arrived all safe & sound & I have to say "WoW" the delivery has been super super fast from China to the UK.

In fact, it's only taken between 6-7 days from placing the order on Amazon to them arriving on my doorstep today.

Absolutely brilliant !

So I have to hold my hands up & admit I was a bit hasty in leaving my original review over the tracking issue.

But I've been more than happy to put this right now & leave the positive review SF Express courier service truly deserve.

In fact I can't believe how quickly they delivered it to me from China to the UK in 6-7 days.

Faster than some UK delivery courier services would deliver a parcel within the UK.

Brilliant !
