Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente de Amazon, que me atendió muy amablemente y se comprometió a exigir que me lo entregasen hoy.
Hoy, mismo panorama. Escribí esta mañana a su servicio de atención al cliente, pero no me respondieron. Esta tarde contacté de nuevo con Amazon, que se volvió a comprometer a avisarlos.
Estuve ausente un par de horas, pero sé que no vinieron porque no hubo mensaje de intento de entrega. Al cabo de un rato, el seguimiento cambió para volver a la situación inicial. Harta ya del tema, decidí solicitar un reembolso a Amazon, que me lo tramitó rápidamente, con la posibilidad de que no les devolviese el artículo.
He de decir que les aconsejé que dejasen de utilizar los servicios de esta empresa. Espero que hagan caso, porque seguro que no es la primera venta que pierden; aunque sea una pequeña cantidad, no creo que les resulte plato de buen gusto.

This is my first experience with them said it was out yesterday for delivery I waited in all day and night next thing I get is a email saying they tried to deliver my package at 8pm no one rang my bell or knocked on and no note or card was left so I dont know when they are supposedly coming next..
Hit and miss.
Courier used by seller for purchase from China. Tracking was very hit and miss (lots of "on its ways" and the map location stuck in Belgium when it was supposed to be delivered). Was declared delivered the day before it actually was and courier didn't knock the door upon delivery but I guess nothing new there from the majority. Why don't they? Probably to targets and too large a workload. Didn't give lowest score as the parcel got to me a tad late but in perfect condition.

I am absolutely outraged by what has happened with my package.
After being told that I supposedly “signed” for the delivery, I have now discovered that the courier threw my package into a trash container next to the elevator, where I would have never been able to see it. The only reason I found it was because I happened to take out my trash at that exact moment. This is completely unacceptable, irresponsible, and unsafe.
Not only was the package not delivered to me, but the courier also falsely reported it as personally signed by me. This is a blatant violation of delivery procedures and a complete failure of professional conduct.
Let me be clear:
• I never received the package from the courier.
• I never signed anything.
• I never confirmed delivery.
• My package was literally dumped in a trash container.

I ordered a top from a company in china and they sent it via sf express, it wasnt particularly quick, about 10 days i think, anyway on the parcel tracking on their website, it doesn't show you where it is, but then asks you for a £1.00 payment, DO NOT PAY!!! if you scroll down it says you will be charged £24.95 per month !! DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

Mi dispiace per chi ha avuto un'esperienza negativa. Nel mio caso è andato tutto bene. Ho fatto un ordine sul sito Callie.it e l'ordine è arrivato con qualche giorno di anticipo. L'ho ritirato alla Posta e il contenuto (due coperte) corrisponde a quanto ordinato. In effetti sul tracciamento del corriere (SF Express CHN) risultava indirizzo errato e, quindi, ho scritto una mail per precisare. Alla fine sono molto soddisfatta.

Una stella perché meno non si può. Ho fatto un ordine fortunatamente poco costoso, nella sezione Haul di Amazon. Successivamente ho capito che erano prodotti cinesi. Il pacco è stato trattenuto dal corriere perché indirizzo errato, ovviamente affermazione non vera. Non si riesce a contattare il corriere, non c'è un numero di telefono né un indirizzo. Amazon non può aiutarti a risolvere il problema. Sparito nel nulla il pacco e il corriere. Amazon ti da un link per vedere il tracciamento e nel link c'è la possibilità di parlare con il corriere ma ti rimanda sulla home di X dove comunque non ho il profilo. Pessima esperienza e pessimo servizio.

Hopeless , service I have seen of any courier . I was expecting a courier from China . Normal courier company takes maximum 3 days in express service . This company already it has being 15 days . They have done clearing in delhi and its 5 days and still they have not delivered courier in india itself. They should not stop business of fooling customers if they don’t have capacity to do it . Plz deny using this courier .

I've contacted the company every day, using the chat at Asian time, nobody can give any answers. I've emailed the UK customer service, after the 5th daily emails they responded they'll check, but no resolution nor updates. Really poor service.
