Who knew that selling your own home could be so easy, cost effective and stress free. Settled - that's who! I recommend Settled to anyone stepping into the unknown and slightly scary world of selling your own home. Settled made it so easy for us - giving examples of text to use, providing an on line log of interested buyers and providing friendly help and advice if and when needed.

I started selling with Settled back in November and from the start was very impressed. Only thing I would say is that I would liked to have been able to select multiple viewing times rather than just one. Everything else was excellent though so would have no problem recommending.

Very very impressed with everything that Settled did. The website is amazing and very easy to use.... in truth I barely had to talk to them, but when I did they were always very friendly and helpful. Whole heartedly recommend using them.

Great photography, efficient and very speedy service. Was nice to feel in control rather than being in the dark..

The flat was advertised on Rightmove including professional photos/floorplan. Lots of interest meant I held an impromptu open day followed by sealed bids. Settled kept me and the buyer updated throughout and were proactive in drafting the M.O.S. Could not recommend highly enough!

DON'T use a high street agent - use Settled. They are excellent , helpful very caring and understanding. . I had an average of two/three viewings per week with Settled compared with two per month with a High Street agent, House was under offer in less than 3 weeks.. Only thing we need is a similarly efficient solicitor. Currently taking ages or proceed to signing of contracts.

Choosing settled was a great move. Spoke to a few of my local agents but just thought the fees were far too high so started looking at some of the online agents. Ended up going with settled which turned out to be excellent - they really exceeded my expectations. First class customer service, very quick response times and once I had accepted an offer they didn't just disappear and were instead on hand through to the end.

had house on market for over 2 years with conventional high street agents, sending round anybody who came through their door it seemed...and on our house they were due to make a significant amount if one of the 'punters' clicked. Saw Settled advertising, and thought that looks interesting! They were of immense help right from the off, we had three people almost fighting over our place and sold very quickly to a wonderful buyer who just happened to be a solicitor. I sold within 6 days and saved £4,300. I found the website very easy to use and everything was so simple - so much better than the last time I sold!

I really liked the way you could make your own decisions about viewings and offers and the team were professional - there was no pressure to accept offers, just sensible advice when I needed it. I have to say that at first I was a bit worried about using such a cheap service but every step of the way Settled were absolutely fabulous!

The customer support people were super helpful when ever I spoke with them and all the correspondence was really quick and efficient.

I really do think this has to be the way people will sell homes in the future because it was just so much easier and cost effective than using the expensive local agents.

I have used 3 separate local agents to sell my previous houses so was initially a little skeptical due to the low cost of your service... but it was absolutely top class.

All round good service and very good value for money for what you get.

I actually went to view a Settled property as a potential buyer of one of their properties but was so impressed with their system (and fed up with my lazy agent) that I decided to switch to them instead. I had been on the market for 4 months and had one viewing... but within 3 weeks of being on Settled I had sold and had saved about £4k in fees! Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone.

Once I had added a few details on Settled someone came round to my house within two days to do the photos and floorplan, then 2 days after that I was live on Settled and the portals. When I first started using the viewings system I found it a bit confusing but they updated the site mid way through me selling and that made things better and easier to use.

Doing the viewings was actually OK - being able to talk to the buyers I see only as a good thing. One of them cancelled on me at the last minute which was quite annoying but no fault of Settled to be fair.

I ended up getting just under my asking price and saved quite a bit in fees - about £6,000 actually.

Overall a very good service and website so have no reservations about recommending them.

A big thank you to Settled. The website is excellent and just makes things easy. At first I wasn't sure about doing the viewings myself but after the first one I actually quite enjoyed it and definitely think I did a better job than an agent would. We had to do about 6 viewings in the end over about 3 weeks but by the end of that we had 2 offers on the table and decided to go with the one that didn't involve a chain that makes things a lot easier. I would definitely use Settled again in the future.

Really happy with Settled. The photos they took of the house made my home look lovely and everything was very efficient from start to finish. Have already recommended them to my sister.

A refreshing experience after the last time I sold. I really liked the system they have built as it's so easy to manage your sale in one place. Most importantly I didn't have to pay an estate agent exuberant fees and I got the asking price I was looking for...
