House been on market 3 weeks had 3 families look around havnt sold it yet , but the companys been great always e-mailing if i have any problems ,Great company , the fee was very cheap to what i would have paid to a High Street Estate Agent , so so far every things fine .

Very cheap but very efficient. Paid £399 up front, no other charges. Photographer came, I composed advert which appeared on Rightmove and others. Viewing only possible when I was in but no problem. Sold within 2 weeks to third or fourth viewing at asking price. Settled dealt as intermediary with great efficiency and great regular communication. Better than any estate agent I have used before. Would use again and definitely recommend. Excellent.

I had a recommendatuon to use from a friend and it has been a great experience from start to finish. I have been supported through the process as not very experienced in selling a home. Loads of great photos and the write up was different to the local estate agents. Highly recommend.

I have just used Settled to sell my home in the West Midlands. I have had extremely good value for money saving around 80% of the cost of a high street agent. The process is quick and simple and very efficient. I found the booking system for arranging viewings easy to use and i liked the fact that i could communicate directly with proposed buyers both before and during the viewings. I was also impressed with the customer service even though i had paid up front the reps from Settled stayed in touch by email and calls throughout until i was sold subject to contract. I would not hesitate to recommend .

I sold my house with settled in a week, they did everything apart from the viewings, which I was happy to do myself anyway. The photos, floor plan, description. The service was excellent very professional, very helpful, I cannot fault them, they gave 100% and more, great team, great online estate agents and the whole process was so easy. If your looking for great savings then I highly recommend Settled.

For under £500 I sold my house, for the amount it was worth and for what I wanted, in just over a week. I've sold many times before and always used a high street estate agent, but never again. Selling the house was so easy and it was much better doing the viewings myself (which, in fairness, I often had to do anyway when using an estate agent!).
The for sale board I requested, the pictures, the energy certificate and the particulars were done in less than a week - and then it's on the web at places like Rightmove - yet I could still then add my own pictures and tinker with the detail online.
And the communication and support were simply superb - you have a dedicated support person allocated to you, which is great (thank you Christabel).
I cannot recommend Settled highly enough.

Sold my property In London within 1 week using Settled. I payed £399 upfront and £69 for EPC. Settled sorted out the floor plans, Photos, the property description, they promote your property on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location. They will email and message you about your home and viewings. You choose the dates and times that suit you and I was more than happy to show the prospective buyers around my home. I reckon I save about £8500 in Estate Agent fees. Will most definitely use Settled in the future, I cannot fault the Settled staff they have been fantastic and I am a very happy customer

I've been selling and buying houses for years and after all the pain I went through with 'local high street' agents the online options were a breath of fresh air. I've now used 4 online agents and have to say Settled was far superior to any of the others. Would definitely use again.

This is the 2nd time I have used an online Estate Agent (previously used Purple Bricks) and would highly recommend them to anyone. Just to give you a comparision - This time I was selling a 2 bedroom terraced house that I had just renovated. The high street agent wanted £1,850, Settled charged £399 - Almost 5 times less than the high street agent, why???

Settled were extremely organised. Within 48 hours of appointing Settled to sell the house they had the for sale sign up outside the house and a photographer arranged to take all the photogaphs. In less than a week the house was on the market and 2 viewings had been arranged. We had a total of 4 viewings and the house sold within 2 weeks - great!

The only reason I have not given Settled the full 5 stars is because some gentle pushing was needed as various stages of the selling process.

I clicked the option for them to write the description for me but they initially put the house online with no description at all, I did have to chase them to do it - but once I did they were very good at sorting it.

There was a minor issue with the buyer raising a couple of questions about the house, through Settled, which were mis-communicated and this did cause a little tension betwee myself and the buyer until I contacted her direct to resolve it.

These however were minor issues, especially when you take into account the price they charge. As long as you are prepared to do a bit of the work yourself, and push when necessary, then I can see no reason why anyone would want to use a high street agent at all - can you?

really good service, always answered my queries and returned my phone calls, my sale was very complicated they made it as smooth as possible, would recommend Settled to anyone selling, and the very reasonable price is the icing on the cake, (big thanks to you all).

We will happily use Settled again and will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling their home. Natasha and the team far exceeded our expectations when it came to progressing our sale and our purchase (which was through another agent!) They kept us fully informed all the way along. People kept saying but they have had their fee upfront they won't progress the sale, will they? Well, Natasha absolutely did and did far more than other agents involved in the chain, who were probably on a much higher fee! They are easy to contact and so helpful with any query. The only thing you have to do is show prospective buyers around your home. If you are not comfortable doing that, then ask a friend or family member who is. A fantastic new and effective way to sell your home, they sold my home in 4 days. and saved me £8000. Settled is the best, Tom, Christabell, Emma, and Natasha are true professionals.

Settled were great from beginning to end and people should have no fears about selling online. Reaction times from listing and photography have all been very prompt and the online communication with prospective buyers and eventually the buyers themselves has been easy as pie. Add to this the great value for money it offers, in my case over £1000 versus local estate agents fee. Settled indeed!

Helpful and friendly staff that guided me through the whole process. I was able to save £££ compared to what I would have paid by using a highstreet estate agency. I would highly recommend using Settled to other people thinking of using an online agent.

Having worked in Estate Agents many years ago I knew the process and felt Settled fulfilled their role admirably. They had my property online within a week of the board going up and photos being taken. There were 17 lovely photos of my little one bed house which really showed it to its best. I had my first viewing within days, the week before Christmas, and accepted their cash offer. Other requests for viewings were forth coming and I liked having the opportunity of managing the viewings myself. Settled were very supportive throughout and I have recommended them to anyone wanting to sell and will continue to do so.

Settled have been an excellent online estate agent always very friendly and helpful, there when you need advice but also professional at all times. I would personally like to thank Christabel for her help and understanding ,she eventually negotiated more than the asking price for our house! Also Tom who seemed extremely knowledgeable and professional . We would highly recommend , don't know how they do it at the price they charge!!

I have used the traditional estate agent before, and at that time there was no other way of selling your house. What do they actually do for there ridiculous fee? I am so happy that times have moved on.
I enjoyed the fact your in complete control, plus you have the support from the Settled Team every step of the way.
I know my house better than any agent, I know what I have put into my property, therefore this comes across to hopefully your purchaser.
When the advert went live, I had many requests for viewings, sold within 3 days.
The best bit was seeing the savings made, from traditional agent, over £1800.00. Even my solicitor was impressed, that there were no fees to pay.

I would highly recommend Settled to any one. When I have finished with my new house I ll be doing exactly the same.
