We are so glad we chose Settled - such a different experience to the last time I sold. I used to have to chase agents for updates but with the online system I always knew what was happening. Good website as well and the team were always really helpful when I spoke to them.

Exceeded Expectations
I was live for about 4 weeks in the end - had 6 viewings in that time but ended up going with a buyer that wasn't in a chain for ease. The Settled team were always very friendly and helpful when I spoke to them and the website is really easy to use. Saved me a small fortune too!

Great system this is the future
I found Settled really good value for money at only £299. The on line system was superb because it allowed me to fit in viewings when they worked for me, rather than an estate agent turning up when I wasn't expecting it (this has happened in the past). I also found a buyer in under a week and got full asking price. Overall I was really please with Settled and would highly recommend it.
