Settled has a fantastic platform that supports the sale of a property with the minimum of effort needed. The cost is the lowest by far with no hidden extras. The team are very polite and treat you as a loyal customer from the start. I am happy to say that Settled responded very promptly to a minor issue that occurred over the the Bank Holiday weekend.
If you are happy showing people around the property that you are selling then I would highly recommend Settled as your agents.

Cheap way to sell your home, if you're lucky. However unlike Estate agents you don't get feedback often and there's no one to chase that up or guide you. You also miss out on those who aren't so Internet savvy.

Helpful staff, very straight forward, online system easy to use. A great way to sell a property as long as you're willing to put in a little extra effort. Gives you full control of viewings, with Settled staff available to help when needed. Thanks for saving me a large chunk of my move costs Settled!

Easy, pleasant, great service and I saved a fortune!

I really cannot fault Settled. Their system is really easy to use. I was able to amend my listing and liaise with potential viewers with ease. When I've had to call up I have got straight through to a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable member of their team. I had a professional photographer come out and spend an hour and a half making sure my photos were perfect - makes a change from the High Street estate agents who spend 10 mins with a crappy digital camera, if you're lucky! My 'For Sale' board was up within a few days. My ad was live on RightMove and Zoopla within a few hours of me approving it and I sold my property in a week and a half for the full asking price. All for about a quarter of the price I would have paid with a High Street estate agent. Now I've tried an online agent I'll never go back!

Much lower price than any high street agent. The booking process was easy to use and text updates to notify when new requests are received.

Excellent in every aspect. Friendly personal service if and when you need it before, during and after, and a very efficient and straightforward service. Best of all, it works! Without having to pay the usual level of estate agency fees we were able to market our house at a competitive price and sold it much more quickly and easily than we had expected. A winning combination for buyer and seller. Can totally recommend Settled without hesitation.

Please see my previous review today on this company - they put the problems right quickly but I was the one who had to point out the errors and at first they told me I was wrong. They put it all right within about 2 hours but the stress and strain has taken its toll on me. Such a pity as they were so nice and helpful before this. If it was Rightmove who got it wrong then Settled deserve an apology. Worn out old lady now going for a cup of tea - all this before the viewings even start!
