My concern was that paying up front, there would be no motivation for Settled to do anything further, but that was far from the case. I received excellent support and sold within six weeks.

Me and my boyfriend just sold through Settled and had a wonderful experience. Compared to the last time I sold it actually felt like I was in the 21st century, rather than dealing with slow estate agents and solicitors that don't tell you what is going on half the time. For the standard of what you get for the cost it's pretty amazing! Would recommend to everyone.

Settled were very good, website excellent and good photographer. Two issues one you know your home, check out the market if we had put our house on at the price Settled suggested we would have lost 5 to 10 thousand pounds on our sale, stick to your guns. Secondly do not use an online solicitor, find a local one. The one settled recommended was dreadful, very unprofessional, and the bill was double what we were quoted on the Settled website, find a local solicitor.

Don't think twice - they're excellent. Slick product, very professional and friendly, always there and never stop trying to help. I contacted them on a Tuesday, had a photographer out Thursday (stunning images), went on the market Friday and accepted an offer on the first viewing on Saturday morning. If you like slick, online services like this that are also extremely reasonably priced, I recommend that you use MJP Conveyancing alongside Settled - fully online platform and you can see the progression of your sale everyday. I couldn't have asked for better service from both.

After some initial fears of trying online selling, the staff reassured me and organised everything very quickly. Within a couple of days there was a very professional photographer at the house who also did the floorplan.
I wrote my own description of the property and they checked it over for me. The photographer promised the pictures within a couple of days but they didn't arrive in my inbox when he said and I started to get concerned that I had made a mistake going with Settled. I picked up the phone and was instantly reassured by Katie that the delay was due to the photographer being away for a couple of nights and she would chase it up. She did and they arrived the same day. I was able to choose which pictures to use and even put them in order. Very easy website to use. My advert was live in a week and I had my first enquiry the next day. I had two viewings and two offers in less than a week. The dashboard is easy to use. You get a text and an email when your buyer has used the site and you deal directly with them.
If you have sold before and are confident doing your own viewings and dealing with your buyer direct then I say give it a go. The staff at Settled are there to give you advice and are very friendly but you do need to do a bit of work yourself. I found dealing directly with queries from my buyer easy but if you don't want to then Settled will help you.
My experience has been amazingly simple and easy and Katie in particular was really helpful, friendly and efficient. I would recommend you give it a try. I saved about £10,000 in fees.

Excellent service and support from Christabel at Settled. Our house sold in 36 hours. The Settled message board allowed us direct communication with prospective viewers and our buyer. We saved £1800 using Settled and I would recommend Settled to anyone.

Settled have been amazing!
From the start, when we had queries through email, answers were prompt, concise and clear. Arrangement of photographs was easy and the person who came was professional, friendly and very knowledgable.
The messaging service between ourselves and viewers has been easy to use and very much allowed us to be in control. We love that this can be used for many different things including arranging viewings and receiving offers.
Speaking to members of the Settled team has been a pleasure - so willing to listen and talk us through any of our queries. We did not feel like a nuisance or feel 'stupid' at any point.
We have just accepted an offer this evening and I'm sure the rest of Settled's service will be as good as the rest.

Bad initial experience!

I needed to ascertain Settled procedures regarding Completion Day on a house sale.
After nearly 30 minutes of 'being held' on the phone, I sent an email to their support team.
After 4 days still no answer.
NOT a good indicator of future service and support.
I think I will have to look elsewhere!

Settled is excellent. We've been really impressed from start to finish - great customer service, incredible photos and floorplan and all the visibility you need to sell your house quickly AND most importantly cost effectively. Never again will I use a high street estate agent to sell our house!

Forget other high street and online estate agents, settled has it nailed! With an online hub to manage all your bookings, querys and offers, you will never use a high street agent ever again! I've been told They're even bringing out an App soon which will make a simple plrocess even more simple!

Everything is accessible from your phone or pc. You can respond when suits both you and the buyer and you will never wonder what the estate agents say when they go around your house as you are the one doing it! It is so easy to do! One potential buyer said how nice it was to be able to get an understanding of what the neighbours are like and what it is actually like to live in the house, you wouldn't get that from a high street agent!

On the rare occasion you need to speak to the staff at settled, you will be greeted with a team of very friendly and helpful people who helped me out loads.

I contacted settled at 6am on the Monday, had the professional photos and floor plan done on the weds (extra £150/£300 with other online agents) and the advert was live by Thursday! Within 3 days I had an offer and the house sold above asking price within 2 weeks.

You see these false reviews making out everything is brilliant but I can honestly say settled and the staff at settled are fantastic!

Oh, and if you are still unsure... why not take advantage of paying nothing for the first month and see for yourself!

It's common knowledge that In the main high street estate agents are old fashioned, expensive and driven by commission based targets. I went with settled firstly because it was great value for money, secondly the great online dashboard that gave me total control over my advert/ viewings but the one thing that swung it was the staff at Settled really knew their stuff. I really felt like I was talking to people that had pride in the business and had my best interests at heart. After the advert went live we were inundated with offers and sold within weeks!!

Friendly, efficient service; great value for money.

From signing up to Settled on a Saturday, a professional photographer was taking photos and preparing the floor plan the next morning. Our advert went live on RightMove, Zoopla, etc on the following Tuesday and we accepted an offer for the full asking price the next evening.

The dashboard is easy to use and you are in control (albeit in the knowledge that Settled are on hand to help you where needed).

After having such a positive experience with Settled, I wouldn't consider using a High Street agent.
