I have never used an online estate agency before and I must admit that I was a little apprehensive but from the very first communication I felt happy and confident that Settled were the estate agency for me.
After receiving their detailed valuation I marketed my property for a higher price than I had initially thought I could and received great offers from my first two viewers.

You get a professional Ad which is written by the ever helpful settled team who also support you through the whole process no matter how small your query. The online system allows you to manage your whole add and respond to messages to arrange viewings when suits you, I had quite a few on a Sunday which would have otherwise been left waiting for Monday morning in a high street estate agents.
